Good morning I went I thought I had ordered a number 9 and I was served in the number five. I drove back through to verify that I had ordered the number 9, what it would have came with, and I did order the right one the person taking the order mistakingly set it up for the wrong one which was the number five. I drove back through the drive-thru and asked just to make sure that I had indeed ordered the right number 9 which was number nine. They had confirmed that they had indeed given me the wrong one. I told him I wasn’t trying to do anything underhanded and they looked at the receipt showing that I ordered the number nine but they did give me the number five. I offered to give them the meal back because I had only looked inside to verify that it was not what I had ordered. The manager apologized told me to keep the wrong order and that they would immediately replace it with the correct order. I waited less than 5 minutes for them to replace the order. This is not always seen at other restaurants and chains. I appreciated them taking responsibility for the mistake and correcting it immediately. The interaction was pleasant and light-hearted. I enjoyed the meal and would recommend that people be very respectful toward them, and you can expect that they will be respectful toward you while being in the service industry. With that even if an error is committed on their part. That morning shift seemed very committed to making sure that you’re happy with your meal and the service. Thank you.

I usually go here doing my lunch because it’s the only Burger King that’s open 24 hours. I will have to say, my experience here has been horrible. Not only because of the service, but the food quality isn’t up to food regulation standards. They are, most of the time, short staff late-night. It was only once I recall when my food was at an ok temperature. I gave them a chance after chance. Please, if you go to the restaurant, ALWAYS ask for your food to be MADE FRESH.

Atrocious!!! The food is horrible and cold. It looks like it has been sitting out all day and tastes stale. I ordered the chicken nuggets and fries for my son and they look burnt and raw. This is only the second time in a year that I have ordered food from here and it’s worse this time, I did not let my son eat it. I definitely will not be back.

My order was wrong, the sauces were missing, and the food quality was awful.

The people here are first rate, kind and friendly. The food was great. Corporate B K however blows chunks. I don’t want to join your spam email club. I just wanted to order some food and pick it up when I get there. I won’t be coming back.
