I stopped by for the first time here last week and I met a new manager to the location named Jonathan. He did such an amazing job! You can tell he loves his job made sure I had enough ketchup and that we didn’t wait long! What made this the best experience was he gave my wife and I crowns! It’s rare to go to a Burger King and they give you crowns! Best service from the Burger King by far!!

This place had very good service compared to other Burger Kings I’ve been to. This was the second time I had gone to a Burger King but last I went they had bad service and I only got a whopper. This time was different Daphne was my order taker and she was great. I took my time ordering but all of a suddenly she recommended the Bacon King. I was doubtful but she was pretty so I ordered it and it was delicious. I then ordered a Impossible whopper because she also recommended that one if I was vegan or on a diet. That was honestly one of the best experiences in a fast food restaurant. Besides that everything looked clean, there was no trash lying around or nothing. I wish I could experience that first time trying a Bacon King because, honestly I’m going to keep ordering that until I can’t any longer.

I went to the drive-thru to get a quick late night snack and the crew made this experience amazing. A young lady helped me, giving me options as I needed help and then I got my food fresh and quick. Throughout all my interactions they were all amazing and helped me with my late night cravings

Absolutely appalled by the absolute garbage service at this Burger King location—it’s a total joke and a waste of everyone’s time. I show up a full hour before closing time, hungry and expecting the basic service they’re supposed to provide, only to have some rude girl behind the counter smugly tell me they can’t take my order because they’ve already shut down all their equipment like lazy quitters. Who the hell does that? You’re open until a certain time for a reason, not to screw over customers who actually bother to show up during your so-called “hours.” And get this—the audacity didn’t stop there. This entitled employee straight-up gaslighted me, twisting it around like I was the unreasonable one for daring to expect them to do their damn jobs. “Oh, we’re not making you work,” she implied, as if I’m the villain here for wanting a freaking burger. Newsflash: that’s your job, not my problem! The whole staff seemed checked out, the place was a mess, and it reeks of zero management oversight. This isn’t customer service; it’s a scam. I’ll never set foot in a Burger King again—go eat at McDonald’s or literally anywhere else before you waste your money on this trash heap of a franchise. Zero stars if I could.

It’s always a pleasure to stop by this location. The order taking in drive thru is always so quick and accurate, nobody interrupts you, they gladly accept a coupon and they are friendly. Food is always fresh and prepared so fast. At the window, you are actually greeted and catch yourself in a conversation with the employee at times. They definitely go above and beyond. So many fast food places could learn from these people! Keep it guys! Thank you
