Ordered the new Bourbon BBQ burger large combo.

Got a regular whopper, not even cheese, and barely any fries.

Came after my shift. Only one other car ahead of me. I should have checked my order, but was in a rush to go home.

Nothing right, but my large drink.

Okay at best, last time I got stale jallepeno poppers.

Messed up my order, told them at the window, told me to give them the bag to correct it, got the bag back, still messed up. Quick service but the workers don’t care about your order, just to get you out as fast as possible. Will not go again.

First instance the bread on my burger was stale, hard as a rock. Second instance went thru the drive thru and the manager charged me twice. She said that the first transaction didn’t t go thru but my bank was showing two charges, when I showed it to her and asked for a refund she said she can’t refund it bc the transaction was pending on my account and told me to come back in a few days and never gave me a receipt of the “declined” transaction. So I had to wait four days for them to give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous, managers don’t know what they’re doing.

The man at the window ripped my credit card somehow, I get it’s a piece of plastic and it was still able to be used so I wasn’t too upset. But then on top of that they gave me the wrong order. Out of all the bases I have been too this BK is the worst.
