I can agree with the DISGUSTING attitude at this location. I just had a simple online order consisting of two sandwiches. I go up to the drive-through menu and immediately met with attitude and then I go to the second window and again attitude. I’m not sure why the people at this location are so rude.

Super rude staff at this location. I purchased ice cream in cups over their app. When I showed up they gave us less than half a cup of ice cream and said that’s how it’s supposed to be served. The fries were half frozen as well.

Bought a Rodeo Burger; burger was rather dry and not even warm; had very little bbq sauce on it.
Usually like these burgers, but this one just didn’t make the “mark”.
The frozen coke, however, was very good!

We have our son birthday party there was awesome Marcela and Veronica where far and beyond to do my son birthday amazing I will definitely recommend 100000% food was great right temperature quick and also is a very affordable option for party’s and we even have a burger mascot kids love it thank you to this location and to all the staff.

Staff was very slow, 10 minutes on the front register and no one to take my order the place was literally empty, only a couple cars by drive-through and some people on drive-through came inside mad because they got the wrong order. Waited about 30 minutes just to get mixed old lettuce and half empty fries.

We used the drive through and were surprised to experience the best customers service and politeness out of Juan. He was efficient with the order and was so polite I thought I was at Chic-Fil-A. The rest of the crew was also great and polite but Juan was just awesome.

Absolutely horrific service, we were given attitude by the person at the window, the person in front of us at the drive through got his order wrong and we waited a while and one of my daughters wraps looks like it was bitten into. Horrific!!!! Never again
