The young man on the intercom was pleasant. He wasn’t rushing us like most places do and made sure to ask if we wanted all included ingredients on our food. It’s rare to have such a good experience at fast food places in Odessa Texas, but these young people have it down and we were impressed! Food was good and correct! 2/13/26 at about 8:10 pm.

20 year restaurant vet here. Parents are both servers. Anyway, I notice things that alot as a virtue of the amount of experience I have. Christian was fantastic. Despite having to deal with two “difficult” guests in front of me, he was attentive and had the exact amount of customer service and did not look frazzled or emotionally compromised in any way. This is my first and only encounter with this cashier but I can tell he’s a good employee and he is the reason I have this review

Food was do sloppy had a dot of mayo a small piece of lettuce. They apparently out of ketchup in packages and in the food. They were out of lids for large cups but gladly took the extra fee to make it a large. Cashier was nice but the manager was extremely rude

Missing my mini cinnamon rolls and icing.
Missing my dipping sauce for my chicken fries.
1 of the 3 burgers was incorrect.

Wow i can believe the night cuban manager cursed me out because my daughter wanted to use her coupons for her order and before paying i gave the 2 rude drive thru employees the coupons and said your supposed to provide them at the speaker and i told her like 3 times about the coupons , they took the food away from me i felt so ashamed! What would i tell my daughter now right ? But o well never coming here ever again.

Well never fails … order was missing. Nuggets I asked for but wasn’t on ticket and screen didn’t work . The cook make burgers somewhat right… put mayo but wiped it off then put a chunk of lettus on it and slapped it together.. really … they never ever.
