Waited 5 minutes for the young man making food to tell the cashier to go to her register. Young blonde girl around 1pm hiding by the drive thru on her phone! She didn’t listen to what we ordered asking questions when ordered was told. The tables were dirty had to walk around the place to find a decent cleaned one. The food was on point the service and cleanliness could use some improvement.

Very bad service ordered a double cheese burger an chicken nuggets. The burger was colder than hell the cheese did not even melt . And even though I asked to toast my buns well did not enjoy it at all tossed it out the window.the nuggets were cold as well and ask for a sprite and they gave us some cold fries that went out the window too. You need to hire some responsible people that will do their jobs and not give you what they had left over from lunch. I did not take it back and asked for my money back we had already left the interstate did not want to turn around. We work hard for our money to throw away like that. They need a good manager that cares about the customer.

I ordered just a regular whopper with cheese combo. The meat was dry and burnt. The vegetables tasted spoiled. Not a pleasant experience at all. Will think twice before I come here again.

Very unhospitable drive through order taker and very gruff upon order pick-up. Felt to us like she did not really like what she was doing. Payment and food delivery was fast though. Kids enjoyed the food and commented that it tasted good to them.

This place really needs better customer service. Drive thru person that takes orders rushes you and doesn’t let you finish what you’re saying. All they keep saying is “what else,” “what else,” “what else,” like crazy cutting you off. Usually, it is the same 2 ladies that take the orders through drive-thru. They don’t smile, don’t greet you, or say thank you. They just hand you your order and shut the window, and if you ask for condiments, napkins, etc. or they get your order wrong. They get bothered and are rude about it.
