I wanted to take the time to share my experience yesterday. I went to burger king around 11 and it was packed! I see two girls rushing around multi tasking, taking orders and giving them out. I was really impressed for their work. I did purchase a big order for me and my family, we were all excited for the bikini bottom meal. We waited around 7-8 minutes and we were not disappointed, we for sure did get the bikini bottom experience. The kids loved it so much and so did we. Props to the workers who were working so hard! This will be my number 1 place to go, thank you!

Went in with my first responder husband and the staff all acted busy! Took awhile standing there before they would take our order. Then after getting food i asked for ketchup. The kid taking orders at the window acted put out and said we don’t have any! And laughed!!
Then he and the other worker started hugging and giggling! Totally inappropriate!

Rude staff. When I asked why my change was short, I was told “because of the penny shortage, we just round it off”. When I told her that rounding the 4 cents I was owed would mean that I get back five, instead of just letting her billion dollar company keep the extra, she got very huffy and rudely said that she would fix it.
I realize that the amount is almost nothing, but it’s the principle. If she’s going to “round off” the total, she doesn’t need to keep the extra. While a few cents is small, when calculated over the course of a few million Burger King transactions daily, that theft of change adds up.
I will not be returning to this establishment again, because as a customer I will not spend money at a place with rude staff

When a cashier can’t take your order right and be nice when we took the burger back! She was very very rude, we asked for our money back and the attitude was really bad! If you can’t own up to your mistake it’s bad business! We left and went to other Burger King on Midkiff where they are always friendly

The Manger was so rude. I ordered a whopper Jr and fries from their 2 for $5 menu and I didn’t no it came with mayo. So when I asked to get the burger fixed and I mind you the burger wasnt eaten off of and it was returned to them she told me that it’s not her fault that I don’t know what’s on the burger and I have to pay for a WHOLE DIFFERENT BURGER and she still wanted the old burger. So I paid for TWO BURGERS AND ONLY GOT ONE. Worst experience ever and I will not be returning

I ordered online, drove over 30 minutes, went through drive thru and was told they hadn’t filled my order because they were out of what I ordered and can’t cancel or refund my order because it was done online.
I should have been contacted before I arrived and I shouldn’t have to wait 3 days for resolution.
I could barely understand the employees.

Teach your staff to HEAT UP the burger buns!!! Period!! The buns come out of the fridge or are frozen. A cold bun makes the entire sandwich cold. Every time I go I have to ask to heat my sandwich up and I get a lot of chatter and looks from the staff. Not okay.
