Wow what a joke of a burger king. We waited over 1 hour for foor inside the lobby. The manager kept making the wrong food and throwing it away, she even sent an employee home yelling to him that she couldent get anything out of him. When all was said and done we still were missing items but we just wanted to get out of there. Customer care only refunded the missing items and did absolutely nothing about the horrible service. This is still the worst burger king I have ever been to.

We went and get 2 burgers with NO cheese NO pickles and NO mayonnaise. I always check my order before I leave because they ALWAYS make my order wrong and guess what??? They put cheese and mayonnaise so I told the guy at the window and he opened the burger and he said it’s not cheese it’s mustard I said no that’s cheese and again he said it’s mustard, the cook comes and said I’ll make you another one but same thing my burger comes with mayo and my meat was raw, was all red.

We stopped in and ordered whopper jr.s . There was a lot of people waiting. Well the buns were stuck in the oven . The bun guy wasn’t there to fix it so we asked for our money back . We left.

Food is always good but customer service can be better. Wait times r a lil long but that’s only cause their always busy, they also the only restaurant on this highway. Parking is good also. I got the ghost pepper cheeseburger and it wasn’t hot like I thought but was gonna be but it was the BOMB!

Loved the way they provided top customer service here. I come from a big city and normally rural fast food restaurants are frustrating but this one was a delight. Food was what is to be expected. Nice clean place.

From the moment I pulled up this was a bad experience. I waited to give my order at the while sitting at the menu board for 8 minutes (I timed it) then pull up to the window to have the person working there named Robert tell me I should have pulled closer to the window. He then told me the price of my meals and I tried to hand him the money. He wanted to give me one of the drinks first so I grabbed that and tried to give him the money again. He then cursed using the lords name in vain and took the money instead of giving me the second drink. He seemed to be in a pretty bad mood. I can’t believe what ever shift leader or manager on duty is allowing customer service to be so poor but there seems like some retraining needs to happen. I recommend no one goes here until they can remedy the situation.
