Make who appeared to be a shift manager was complaining about not wanting to cook. He told staff to not take any more orders. As customers pulled thru staff said computers were down and it would be 10 mins. 4 employees were standing around complaining. Cashier girls were very pleasant. Inside was clean. Outside was trashed. 5 or 6 customers were turned away for no reason.

Store number 1583 on Monday fed 16 2026 at 10:12.i had tried to order at the speaker I had said hello 4 times before I moved up then when I came up to the window this lady was very rude from the start she argued with me about if I could here her and was angry I didn’t here her at the speaker after I ordered she slammed the window and then told me to pull over to the side alley.After I got my food it was incorrect I had asked for a #1 and it was breakfast so it was the croissant and she had gave me the whopper and not the croissant.i went back to get it fixed and she told me that I couldn’t get it anymore because they threw away breakfast which it was 10:30 breakfast has just ended seconds after I pulled up.i then asked her for a refund and she tells me I can’t get a refund endless I give her all of my food back which I assume is a sanitary matter and I didn’t think she was supposed to take all of my food back and she could have just refunded me for the one sandwich.she was very disrespectful and she made me feel different about Burger King customer service.As a fast food empoylee I thought the way she acted was outrageous.her name was Juanita she was at drive through window I hope I don’t have to see her working in customer service again .

Only one other car ahead of me in the drive thru and I still had to sit there for 10 minutes before I got annoyed enough to drive off. Nobody even said hello or anything to me. I give up with this bk.

Went to grab some food and heard the cook yelling at what I assume is their manager and with it being busy NOTHING was said by any higher up employees…do better!!when u have hard working employees and allow one to speak to another in a disrespectful fashion WHILE on the clock…I felt embarrassed for that guy!!

Ordered at drive thru. There was a good 10 min wait before the order was even taken. Took another 10-15 min to pay for the order and receive it. I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and only got single bacon cheeseburgers. There was a crazy large amount of ketchup and mustard on them.
