I enjoy BK no matter what others say about it, but this most recent visit was not it. It was Sunday evening, just all the burgers I got were Soggy, and not appetizing. They werent fresh either, It was dinner time too, so not like I went at a different or later time, so it should have been better. I did do take out/drive through, but only live like 4 minutes from the store, they shouldnt have been as soggy as they were.
The drivethrough worker seemed nice, so giving it 2 stars because of him.

I am a regular and I’m leaving 1 star for this location. Because this store has only 1 employee working overnight by the name of Isaiah, who does fantastic for the situation he is in. But there should be no reason why a manager is not on site. This is a safety hazard for him. The GM and District manager should be investigated by the BBB at this location.

The last 3 times they have given me things that I have not asked for, first I asked for a bacon king and they gave it to me without bacon, then I ordered another one and they gave it to me with small bread and today we ordered a bacon king again and they gave us a sweet bread the potatoes taste horrible and by the way they added an apple pie that we did not order! Everytime I’ve gone to this location Isaiah is always working by himself and I wanted to let someone know that he’s putting in amazing work. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staffing but this guy is literally why I will wait in line to get food. I’ve been to this location four separate times and everytime it seems like the location isn’t staffed properly. HOWEVER, I want to stress again that Isaiah, despite being the only worker there at that time, is the reason why I keep coming back. He has an amazing attitude, amazing sense of customer service, and is quick and accurate with the order. If there’s any manager that is reading this, y’all need to do better and give this man a promotion for the amount of effort he puts into his work. He is the only reason this Burger King stays afloat at the later hours of the evening.

I’ve only had 1 of 3 orders correct at this place. One visit I only received half of my order. On another visit I requested no lettuce and no onions because my girlfriend is allergic to onions. When I checked the burgers there were lettuce and onions on the burgers. If my girlfriend had eaten them without checking she could have been hospitalized. How hard is it to follow simple instructions. So far im not impressed with this place. The pflugerville one seems to be alot better. At least the pflugerville one at least tries to get your order right.

Just ordered from here using Uber eats for my two kids and I. Both kids meals were missing drinks, and my meal was missing fries, and I got a single whopper instead of double. So order more than you need because you might not get everything. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I tend to go to this Burger King because it sounds strict from the house.
Also, when I do go, it is typically early in the morning because I get off work at 2 AM. With this being said I dislike the fact that now you could no longer just do a drive up order at that time in the morning now they expect everybody to use the app or online to pick up an order via the drive-through that is currently open. I will no longer go to this Burger King until this is fixed.

Melinda the Manager is awesome. The entire staff is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Seriously great customer service. Asked for some swag and Melinda provided it with a smile. I am here 2-3 times a week with coworkers. Awesome…

Im so tired of ordering from this place and always getting a mix of OBVIOUSLY REALLY OLD cheese sticks and freshly fried ones. Its the most annoying part of the experience here. And they give the old cheese sticks out to the people who order online. Like, does this place think we dont notice or do they genuinely not care? AND YOU CAN BET THEY’RE GOING TO FORGET THE MARINERA SAUCE EVERY TIME. They forgot my marinera for this last order and gave me ketchup instead. I didnt even order any fries. Oh, and as im chowing down my bacon cheeseburger, I had to spit out a piece. Bacon is raw.
The excuse that, “this is fast food what do you expect?”, just doesn’t cut it anymore. Prices are up and at this point, I am buying a burger thats more expensive than at a sit down restaurant and most of the time the order is wrong.
Do not order from here. Its not worth the money. Its not worth the food. I would doubt the legitimacy of ANY positive review you read on here.
