Ordered Whopper Burger and small fries. Was dissapointed for the first time. Fries were cold and did not even taste like real fries. Sandwich buns were cold. You could even feel the texture that they were not fresh buns. I love Burger King but not happy with this visit.

I went and had to drive through the drive through 2 times so someone can attend me. It’s 10 pm there was one other car there. When ordering I was told there’s no more meat since it’s closing time. You all do not close until 11 pm. Get your staff straight cause y’all will just lose customers.

Went today around 2:30 because I wanted an Oreo Shake . When I got to drive thru and ordered the attendant she kept laughing. I was confused couldn’t understand what was so funny about me ordering a Oreo Shake?? She couldn’t even take my order and I kept asking her what was so funny? I got upset and just drove away. I never stop at this Burger King this was my first time but rest assured this will be my last.
This staff member has NO respect for the business owner because she cost him a sale. I know if Ibeas the owner I would not allow anyone too mess with my profits.

The people that work here are so very nice. When you order a large Fry you actually get a large fry and not a large box with a small order of fries! Usually very quick service and very clean. The only BK I will go to in the RGV!

This place is horrible I’ve been going to this burger kind ever since it opened in 2008 and the quality was my go to but over the years the food and service has gone down drastically. I stopped going here for the reasons that every time I eat here I get very sick and always feel like throwing no matter lunch or breakfast. And the customer service is terrible I would say if you want a whopper go to the one in mission or Shary this place is not worth it no more the food is not worth it no more.

Wrost burger King i have ever been too. Starting from my drink. I had odered a sprite like always and the drink is horrible no favor what so ever. Also when i order my burgers something ALWAYS has to be done wrong. Never fails at this burger king! No communication!!!! Dark ugly lettuce. Ask for extra pickles and they give you two. Not cool. NEED BIG IMPOVMENT!

The times I go, they ALWAYS get my order wrong one way or another. Then they always make u either move up to the yellow line even when no one is there or as of recent they make u wait before the windown until they wave you to drive up. It’s awkward. That’s the reason I don’t get food at this place anymore.

Have been coming here for the past 8 years, maybe once or twice a month, soda machine never works, and they never have ice, they had to give me a bottled water cause their machines were not working. Is getting pretty annoying.
