Crispy taco was a kids meal cheese burger put in a taco, deep fried throw some lettuce on. We said large and got small fries and drinks. Original chicken got confused with crispy, went to order original and said they were out when I went in a second time, cause y’all know don’t fix the order, just reorder. Floors are sticky like coke dried everywhere. This place is by a military base that has folks all over the US coming to especially with graduation days. You’d figure it would be on spot. I rarely leave negative responses. This just did it for me. Hire more folks cause it’s a high traffic area, better training, clean that place.

Went through the drive through and they forgot our cookie so I had to go inside to get it. Once I got home I started eating my Ultimate Steakhouse burger and it was missing the mushrooms and had no sauce. Its late and I don’t want to go back out so I’m eating it, but its definitely disappointing.

I just left the drive thru a few minutes ago n I specifically asked no BBQ sauce on my rodeo cheeseburger n yet many times, they still put it knowing that I’m allergic to BBQ sauce. How hard is it to listen “NO BBQ SAUCE” n pay for what I didn’t want. I’m not coming here anymore. I gave chances n yet, that was my last time going there. I recommend no one goes there. Bad business.

Order the new Crispy Onion Whopper. Got home and it was just a regular Whopper with bacon. I’ve called the store 15 times and they won’t answer the phone. Won’t be going back here again.

The people working on Christmas day, 2pm really deserve props!!! The food was great and the service was awesome considering the store and drive thru were both very busy. I really hope the company is giving these employees a great bonus or at least a big thank you!

Worst service ever. As I’m ordering my food, the guy who took my order made me repeat one of the items on my order because he got distracted with gossip with the drive thru employee. He even laughed and said “sorry they were telling me about so and so in the drive thru”.
Once my food came out, NOTHING was marked. I ordered a whopper with no cheese, two whoppers with cheese, and one double whopper with cheese.
NONE OF THEM SAID WHAT THEY WERE. I get it, it’s the customers job to make sure we have what we ordered, but every other burger king marks the wrapper with “cheese” or “no cheese” or “double whopper”.

This is the closest Burger King to our house and we’ve never had any problems before. But tonight, OMG!!!!! After ordering $40 worth of food, we noticed a girl come in with a shirtless baby. The girl waited about 3 minutes for someone to come back to the register and when no one came, she walked her sweaty little shirtless baby back out to the truck and came back inside and proceeded to the back /grill area!!!!! She actually took her wet, sweaty, greasy hanging hair into the food preparation area and made herself a sandwich and left!!! There was no hand washing, no apron put on, no hair net!!!! She went straight from outside to inside food area!!!! This was so gross!!!! We had to watch our food get prepared like hawks to make sure she didn’t touch anything we ordered!!! Who was that!?!

Ordered a spicy chicken burger and it was good. There was barely a wait, and even if there was, its understandable since they seem understaffed. (Which you other reviewers need to understand ♂️)

Why bother leaving a review? The Burger King corporation doesn’t care.
They made their money and I got my crappy burger that wasn’t even made to Burger King specifications…
Then, when we asked them to make our order as we asked for it and as it’s supposed to be (they forgot to put the bacon on a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich?), the lady had an attitude about it.
Just another example of corporations and the “next customer will come” business model.
They don’t give a damn as long as they get their penny.
Just get a bag of chips and eat them in your car.
