The crew tonight was TRASH. I completely understand why you have such low ratings and honestly, you all should be fired. Ordered off of uber eats, delivery lady got there on time and to me on time. Fries were stale and cold. You guys didn’t even BOTHER to drop fresh fries even refry the ones you gave me all though I would like fresh hot fries. Drink was so watery it tasted like it has been sitting there from 6 orders ago and my sandwich was not good at all. If you didn’t want to work, you SHOULD have stayed home. I’d rather for y’all to have been closed than to sell and service the trash I got tonight. If I was able to get back to the store tonight, I would have thrown it back at you. People work way too hard, I work way too hard for my money to have been wasted that way. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The crew tonight should be ashamed of yourselves. With that type of customer service, fast food places will be your only job.

Usually i have good experiences but the crew that worked yesterday morning was horrible! When they finally brought my food my fries were missing and then they forgot to bring them back out to me. After waiting 15 minutes i went in for a refund and the two people in there were just playing around laughing. The manager seemed to not even care

Today we originally planned to get McDonald’s but it was super busy so decided to go across the street to Burger King around 3:10pm. It was completely dead at least no one in the drive thru (lucky us, so we thought.) Pull up and wait a minute for someone to take our order. We were better off going to order at the window or inside. The young girl (17-21yr old, had charm bracelet and bunch of rings on hands. Didn’t have a name tag on so wasn’t able to get her name) taking our order was extremely unprofessional. When my husband would try repeating his self, because she clearly wasn’t paying attention throughout us ordering, she would respond “Huh,” “What.” Like I completely understand it’s not a “fancy restaurant” but if you don’t want to do Your Job, and feel so “bothered” by paying customers then don’t work there. We were even met with more attitude and faces when we pulled up to pay. She must of felt annoyed by us because she then had the manager (I’m assuming,) hand us our food.

A bit unfortunate because the food was a solid 8 out of 10. It’s always pretty good when we go (not often.) Definitely don’t hire people who don’t have some sort of decency in customer service.

I recently got a new phone and couldn’t log in or sign in to my app and the Manager gave me her coupon so that I could have my meal.
Im sorry I do not.remember her name ot the name of the employee working with her on this day but, both were awesome and made my meal that much more pleasant.
I most definitely will return to this location.

Every time I come to this Burger King, the service is trash. It’s always hot up in here and I mean for the past year year and a half. I’ve come up here. I don’t care if some winner is hot up in there. I’m standing there. I see the workers they don’t wash their hands is dirty back there food on the floor. They’re going back-and-forth from the drive-through and then going and making sandwiches. They had me waiting for about 10 minutes. Nobody else was in the lobby and there was two cars in the drive-through. I turned around and just walked out after about 11 or 12 minutes. These people talking about this the greatest service they’ve had and given them these high riders men gotta be fake accounts. There ain’t no way I’ve never had a good service at this restaurant or food.

I ordered online. I’ve never been to this BK before. When I got to the drive thru I drove right past their ordering station, because it was turned off. There was no light at all, or any indication that you were supposed to stop there (it’s night time). The lady who replied when I produced my standard salutation (hello) informed me that they were out of the frozen cherry fanta I ordered. The other options for frozen beverages were not good (that’s why I picked the one I did). I got a sprite instead. The sprite was terrible. My guess is the syrup ran out halfway through or something.

I get to the window to receive my order and they ask me to pull ahead and inform they’ll bring it out to me. I pulled ahead and watched youtube videos for many minutes until I almost forgot what I was doing there. Several minutes after that a woman came out and handed me a bag, but did so in the most precarious manner possible. I checked the bag and it only had what looked to be half my order, so I went in to get the rest.

It turns out they handed me someone else’s order entirely, so they had mine in hand when I went in to get it rectified. The fries were hot and tasty. That’s where the good stuff ends.

My double cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard on it, but was plain instead. Not the biggest deal. But my “Bacon King” had what looks to be a single strip of paper thin bacon broken into several pieces and put on the top. The bottom of the burger patties were burnt to a crisp. Pictures for reference. This is WAY beyond flame broiled. It was dry, and tasted of seriously burnt meat (because it was). I would have asked them to make another, but I didn’t want to wait presumably another 20 minutes for a replacement.

Literally every single other restaurant in the area had a line, but this place didn’t. And now I know why. This is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a LOT of Burger Kings. Please don’t waste your money here. I hope this place can just go completely out of business so maybe a GOOD burger restaurant can take their place.

I came at the crack of dawn as soon as they opened during daylight saving to get a whopper I needed it lol but they were so sweet about it turned that boiler on and got me a fresh whopper and I’m so grateful and everything was so fresh and tasty

This was my first time coming to this location. I went through the drive through. The lady at the window was very friendly as well as the gentleman who brought me my food. I did wait a few minutes but the food was fresh! I will definitely come to this one from now on.

The employees are so nice and friendly every time. 4 stars because they usually forget something or the tea taste like the spicket hasn’t been cleaned. But the food is usually good.
