Got an ultimate steakhouse no bacon. With an 8pc of jalapeño cheddar bites. Food was cold like if they gave me stuff that was sitting there for 30-50 minutes. The steakhouse didn’t even have onion rings either seems like they were too lazy to even fry some onion rings to put on the burger. Terrible service. Yes, I checked the food when I got it. I did not bother to bring it to their attention I would rather not waste another 30 minutes waiting for my food that should have been served hot in the first place.

I stopped by for a bite to eat after my daughters game. The cashier is super friendly and made sure we got everything right. The burger was fresh, hot, and tasted like it was just made. Really good service and food—I’ll definitely stop by again.

Went in today for an early lunch. The restaurant was super clean, and was greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello”. Mayra is the young lady who went above and beyond in making sure I was completely satisfied with my visit. If only all employees followed this young lady’s example!!!! Will definitely be visiting more often

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best BKs I’ve been to in Laredo Texas, highly recommend!
