Waited in a long line to get my food in the drive thru. It was not worth it. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese combo with unsweet tea.
I got a cold chicken sandwich on half a hamburger bun, fries and a flavored tea of some sort.

The food was just okay, but it took WAY too long for us to actually get out food after we ordered it. It definitely want “fast” food at all. It’s doubtful that I’ll ever return here again.

Work just down the street from here, so I eat here 3 times a week on average. Food is good, employees are nice. I always use The Drive Thru and I swear even if it is empty when I pull up, it’s at least a 20 minute wait every time. Not some of the time…but everytime. And if you come in the morning to order breakfast. Just go ahead and order lunch instead. Because by the time they get to bringing your food to the window, they will only be serving lunch as the breakfast time frame will be over. Maybe a bit exaggerated but you get the point. Very disappointed! We we 1 of 2 customers in the store and waited 1/2 hr for our food. After getting the food I had to go up to counter 3 different time to get the food they forgot. I also seen the person before us came back to store because they messed up their order. You can only apologize so many times to one customer. Just do your job so you wouldn’t have to apologize… Never coming here again. Definitely a mistake.

We love the food .. but tonight was the last time we will ever go to this restaurant. Brian was very hostile and had a horrible attitude towards not only my family and I but the people after us as well.. I ended up speaking to the area manager who assured me she would take care of this issue and that she had already received complaints about him . With people like Brian working in establishments here in Victoria they will end up

Went to Location on 8501 Navarro street. Infested with roaches and trash all over the dining room, tables not cleaned off for the next customer. Put our order in ,watch them wait on drive through window, went to fill my drink and there was a roach crawling out from under the drink machines. We saw enough went back to talk to a manager and she didn’t care. Got a refund and left. Eat at this place at your own risk. A few days back, we ate at the Burger King on Houston street and it was very clean. The food was good and the staff was very nice. We would go here again but stay away from the burger king on navarro, health department needs to be notified on this establishment.
