The nighttime manager is very rude and aggressive. I went to the drive-through and gave my order to the young lady and she couldn’t understand me three times so he Took over and yelled at me. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I drove off without causing a scene, but I will notify Corporate Office. I wonder if he wonders why his parking lot is empty when he’s working that’s because he’s rude.

Made a mobile order for 5x 8 piece nuggets and 3 large fries. Was told they ran out of large fries and could not just offer multiple small fries to make up for this. Manager stated I would have to come back in the morning to get a refund. Came home with the bag which didn’t have fries at all in it. This franchise location is just about the worst burger king you can go to. Every time it is something messed up like this or them forgetting about you outside in the drive thru for 45 minutes.

I like mustert,so I told the lady to put it on both buns,no dry bun.Just mustered no ketchup, or mayonnaise. I got my double meat,all the way.What I received was a burger with ketchup and mayonnaise slight mustard!!

Nasty place. Came to eat and sat down on sticky seats/dirty tables. Went to wash my hands and bathroom smells like a zoo. I couldn’t eat after I lost my appetite looking at the floor. Mold on the pictures in the dining room. $8 wasted.

Food was ok but this place is filthy! Urinal broke in restroom, no paper towels in restroom, and this floor is crazy greasy. They need some good degreaser. So slippery (not wet, just greasy) that one can barely stand up without doing the splits. I don’t think I will Be back any time soon unless there is new management coming in. No tea made and no offer to make any, so I drank water.

Went in ordered food, went to get drinks, and a pretty aggressive roach came out from under machine husband stepped on it. Waited for food for 11 minutes, and in the meantime, the floor was filthy. All tables were dirty. Started feeling sick and decided to leave. They hadn’t even started our order. Husband went to talk to the manager, and she was rude and told him it had only been 11 minutes . He showed her roach, and she didn’t care. Told customers coming in that there are dead roaches on the floor. They went in and then left right after us. Don’t go to BK on 8501 N. Navarro . The Houston is much cleaner and better..

My husband’s burger was a bit dry. Also the fries didn’t have much salt. I did taste that maybe the oil needed to be changed as well.
