I never go to BK, but randomly stopped in this one and was pleasantly surprised!! Now we go to it fairly regularly. Food is ready before you even sit down, staff always greet with smiles, and the burgers were hot and fresh. Actually shocked, and will probably be regulars.

I was very surprised by how nice this BK location was. The staff said hello and was very welcoming. The food came out hot (yes even the FF) and the place was clean. I can’t speak for every day but this day it was on point. I spoke to the manager just to let them know as the staff was working to let them know what a great dining experience this was. If you are traveling and are looking for a great BK location I would recommend. BK could use more stores like this one.

If you like breakfast sandwiches, you have to try their croissanwich sandwiches. Personally I like the ham one the best. The hash browns are really good as long as they are fresh. Not a fan of their cold coffee.

Came in to eat at 8:45. Mind you they are open until 11pm. The lady taking the order in pictures below was not very friendly and I paid for my meal with a large drink. I wanted sweet tea and they didn’t have any in the lobby so she went to the back to see if they had anymore. They did, but declined to make more because they are too busy playing on their phones. So I only got one cup of tea instead of a second or third refill if I wished. Phones are some of the dirtiest devices ever and she is on her phone and then touching food. Absolutely disgusting! The owner of this location needs to terminate some of these employees immediately. These employees clearly do not care. I will not be returning here.

Food was fresh and tasted great. The dressing ratio was good. Alot of places drown the burger in sauce. Nice grilled flavor. Fries were hot and crisp.

If you ask the manager to make it fresh off the Broiler like they advertise on TV she will not do it she will lie to you and say yes but the the meat is Luke warm when you get it to the table. Just tell the truth don’t lie to the customers we are not stupid we know the difference in a fresh off the Broiler and one that was cooked 2 hours ago ☹️

I have a soft spot for an egg and cheese biscuit. I had been having mediocre experiences at Burger Kings so I decided to write them off. Glad I gave this one a chance. The cheese was actually melted, not just a cold slice thrown on in an after thought. The egg, and biscuit were also hot and fresh tasting. The food came out very quickly. The tots weren’t as fresh, but the sandwich was good enough to overlook that.

Bought my toddler here thinking they still had the play area,turns out they took it down the young girl who took our order said it was to much work to clean so they got rid of it…yall so lazy I swear then she proceeded to judge my toddler because she was feeding me and my husband her hash browns the girl looked disgusted if it bothered you so much go back to your job instead of staring at us the WHOLE time we ate
