Modern architecture and nice seating arrangements, feels like a new establishment. But there were a couple tables that were just missing a chair for some reason. The cleanliness was pretty abysmal as well. I could visibly see how dirty the tables were with fingerprints and wet spots, and had to skip five of them before I found one that was okay, but maybe I’m just picky. The ketchup dispenser cups were also completely empty other than a couple that were trashed sitting on the counter.

Came to get food went though the drive thru it’s says 24 hours open lady over said one second we waited there for like 30 min no answer so we pulled up to the window we saw a lady working she just laughed and went running so we did a turn and and saw more cars that the lady was taking there order so we got our order taken and so a worker running out the back of the Burger King they need to better like me Donald’s cause they care about there clients and not loosing there job worst service here in Alvin for sure

Just bought a oreo shake, the cashier was very friendly and nice. The drink area was messy, lots of spills on the counter when I went to get water.

This place is awful. Every time I go there I expect a better result but each time I am proven wrong. This place never fails to disappoint, and be as slow as possible. I waited 30 minutes for my food when the place hardly had any business and it was just an unappealing experience. I only ordered one meal and it took way too long. I understand it happening once or even twice, but It’s happened every time I go.

Assistant manager is way over her head. Mismanaged crew. Waited 20 minutes for 2 orders. As she called out what order was next to make she called out the order wrong; it was mine so I quickly corrected her so the kitchen wouldn’t make it wrong. Big mistake she turned rude very quick and told me its her kitchen and told me I was being rude and her crew knows what she’s saying, SERIOUSLY. She needs a lesson in managing a crew on top of customer service skills. The whole crew acted like it was the first night, completely mismanaged and no training. Had the nerve to say they where short handed (7 people). Horrible customer service and lost about 12 customers with in that 20-30 minutes. Not the way I would run “my kitchen”…….
