This burger king after 5pm is trash. The workers play in the kitchen while the drivethru widow is propped open. The guy lazily doing whatever. Asked me 5 times what order i had and still took 25 min after being at the window. He sloppily throw your food in the bag kinda tossing it your way as if your unconvincing him. The whole crew needs to fired. 4 cars in line when i ordered behind me. 6 cars after ordered and u watched them leave! I think I heard one call the other cousin. So get the family out!

I made an online order and when I arrived they didn’t have the drink I ordered. The manager wouldn’t substitute it and argued with me in the drive thru. She wanted me to pay to get a different drink. She was very rude and clearly had no customer service skills. I got my food and of course it was cold. I purchased a “Bacon King” that had 1 piece of bacon on it. An $8 burger with 1 piece of bacon. Will not return to this sorry establishment. It blows my mind that someone can be a manager and has absolutely no customer service skills.

I’ve been missing some crappy places, but this is one of those places just avoid it and keep going. On top of I’ve never been to a restaurant where they wouldn’t even let you use the restroom after buying food at the place unbelievable.

I love you guys, but last night, when I ordered my food through Uber from my favorite place, the best store closed to me. One Hershey pie was missing, and cheesy toes were missing from a 4 piece pack. Guys I’m not hating small mistakes happen but I worked my ass for this $12 order and I want it to be taken care of pretty well from my favorite store

So, today I was working then I got to a good stopping point and was hungry, so I stopped to go here for lunch. I don’t live in the area so I didn’t know if it’s a good or bad location. So, I ordered a meal in the drive-thru and it was horrible. Dry, stale food. Bun- not fresh, meat horrible and dry and fries were stale and chewy. I was heartbroken because I was busy and tired and stopped to get food. I could not even eat it. It was nasty. I love Burger King, but obviously not this location. It was nasty because they did not care to prepare a fresh burger. Worst part is that I called and a man answered, I asked for the manager and he said, huh? I guess that meant he’s the manager. I explained what happened to me and my frustration and told them that I want a fresh hamburger meal or a refund. He asked me to bring the food back. So, I went to the trash can in my office and put it in a bag and will be promptly returning it after work and never going to this location on 2234 again. It’s sad and frustrating that he knew that they prepared an old dry and stale burger and cold chewy fries and he asked me to bring the food as if I was asking for a free meal. Disgusting!!
