Online ordered, they said we don’t have coffee I asked if they had iced coffee she said yes but its an upcharge (hows that my fault) i paid and got my order coffee ground is at the bottom of the drink. How are u supposed to enjoy this

Not sure if the staff has changed or just the attitudes. But the people at the drive thru had good attitudes, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, offered the cookie, apple pie, and have the BK crown. Without asking. Food was fast and still warm. Thank you for giving my daughter the real Burger King experience! I had it when I was a child. And I still love the taste of flame broiled burgers. Thank you for you service and service like this across the board could bring back my most loved burger brand! Amen!

This location is super clean and you usually have the whole place to yourself if you come inside. A cute kids area that is under utilized so no need to worry about germs or space for your kids. My son and I get the whopper junior duo for $5 and a large french fries to share for a grand total of $8.89. A great fast food outing where two can eat for under $10. I have attached some pics.

Update: tried again a different MONTH and still the same. This time I went inside during lunch, ONE CUSTOMER waiting. All 7 cars in the drive thru were helped before the only 2 customers in the building. I waited 20 MINUTES for a burger!
Do better. Whole lunch wasted.

There is a lady with glasses there that is INCREDIBLY rude and a miserable woman. You walk in you talk to her and she acts like you’re not even there. The sodas fountain IS ALWAYS FLAT and the lady with the glasses always roles her eyes because we always have to ask for them to give us sodas from the fountain they use for drive thru. I been going to this establishment for a while now and idk who hire this entire new crew when they remodel because they ARE ALL TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES food is DISGUSTING. The lady with the glasses and the rest of the crew SHOULD BE FIRED and hire people that actually want to work. They act like they are making them work so if they don’t need the job maybe fire them? Get people that do want to put an effort working. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH THE HALF BALD LADY WITH THE GLASSES SO RUDE!

This is usually my favorite location. The food is great..when it’s correct. Service here is usually good, but lately its been lacking.
I’ve noticed a bit of laziness in regards to not paying attention to the order’s details. This is happening at a company that prides itself on the details of the customers orders. Most recently, I have been getting shorted on fries and now my overpriced milkshake.
I’m used to the higher prices of Milkshakes, but at least don’t short me. I’m paying with my hard earned money, at least give me ALL that I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less.
Hopefully the MANAGER can tighten up the ship.
