I LOVE Whoppers and my son LOVES their chicken fries so we order here often and it hate to give them a bad review but feel I have no choice now… This Burger King screws up EVERY order. Items missing and/or items prepared incorrectly. Get it together Burger King in Humble. I would think it would be embarrassing to you to not be able to get orders correct. I hope you improve soon whether it takes new employees or something else. I really want to enjoy your resteraunt! This order was supposed to be a large whopper meal (large drink and large fries included with the meal obviously) whopper was supposed to be with cheese no tomato and no onion and a medium drink and medium fries with the 8 pc chicken fries. Order arrived with no large drink and no large fries and obviously with tomato and onion on the whopper instead of taken off like it was supposed to be. Please do better.

I went through the drive thru at 9:15 p.m. I ordered the Chicken sandwich combo and an apple pie. I was at the window waiting on my food for almost 10 minutes. The upside to that was that my food was piping HOT, so much so that I burned my tongue. My order was perfect, just like I ordered it. I did ask for extra lettuce and I felt it didn’t have extra, just an OK amount. I did ask for light mayo, and it was perfect. The lady at the window was very nice.

I pulled into the drive-through order station. Another car was at the other station who got their order taken first which took several minutes. I finally got my order taken, and when I got around, everything was moving fast until they got to the car who had ordered before me instead of asking them to pull forward. It waited at the window for over 6 minutes when I got to the window I asked the cashier she apologized said they had a big order. I don’t fault the cashier. She was very nice but proper management would’ve made sure they were pulling the cars forward so somebody like me who had a single order could get out of there, but it took almost 10 minutes for me to get my order most people don’t have that kind of time to wait that’s why they go to the drive-through management should have been on top of it. I’m sure their P&L statement will reflect their lack of employee training on customer service. I will say the food was good and was fairly hot. No complaint on the food. It was just so irritating. They could’ve had the large order to pull forward so that they could get my order. I was the last in line. I looked across the way and the McDonald’s was full of cars and they were moving very fast they seem to know what they were doing. I prefer a Burger King‘s breakfast, but I’m not waiting 10-12 minutes to get it anymore people don’t have time for that especially the working class which I’m sure is your customer base

Drive through service was very unpleasant and inconvenient. Was told to wait a moment to order in which 5 minutes im still waiting another car pulled up opposite side and was able to order right away. Will never go back in this economy my money can spend anywhere we’re im appreciated

I had an excellent experience at Burger King, thanks to one of the employees, Ana. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about providing a great service. She handled my order quickly and accurately. and even took a moment to check if everything was to my satisfaction-which you don’t always get in fast food
What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism during a busy rush. She kept things moving with a smile, and you could tell she was working hard while keeping the vibe upbeat for everyone. It made a big difference in my day!
Give that person a raise-they’re a true asset to your team!

They got my order wrong and I wasn’t even mad about the 8min drive back. It was how I was hassled about it like it was my fault for noticing. I spoke clearly and respectfully.. even said yes mam to her. When I got back there was a car ahead of me that was also returning an incorrect order.. when I got to the window she told me she wouldn’t take it without the other burger as if I was trying to steal. (Of course I had it, how could I prove it was wrong if I didn’t bring it back?) She got on her phone and started speaking Spanish to someone as I was speaking to her. then just tried to say the burger was correct after she snatched it from me and unwrapped it. (But it was not, that was a regular whopper, no brisket) Because of her rude attitude and behaviour I just wanted my money back it was already late. I can’t trust food from someone acting aggressively towards me as if my food being wrong was my fault. I tried to speak, she ignored me again.. she hung up with one person and called another who she said was the manager whom she said told her to “close the window on me and not give me my money back.” So I pulled out my phone in disbelief.. I asked for my money back over 10 times and they kept saying they wouldn’t until they saw that I had my phone out.. then they said, “we won’t give you your money back until you delete the video” “I don’t feel comfortable” I said “what video” after back and forth I started to actually record because “why is this happening!?” I just wanted my food and these girls treated me like they didn’t owe me food, gas, and time.. then she got the money out and tried to bribe me again while speaking Spanish into the phone.. if you see a woman with green hair working there or a pale woman with glasses just pull away before you give them your money.
