This location is the best in Houston Texas. I’ve been here twice. The first time I ordered a whopper Jr with cheese and a medium Diet Coke and they ended up giving me a free large fry. The second time I went I ordered two whopper Jr’s with cheese and a medium coke. Both times the service was fast and extremely friendly. They have an amazing staff at this location that knows how to treat customers. Every other Burger King in the Houston area that I’ve been to have long wait times and mess up every order and aren’t friendly. Moving forward whenever I want BK this is the location I will continue going to!

My daughter and I went there later in the evening but well before closing. We had to go through the drive-through twice because they got both of our orders incorrect when we went back through they laughed at us like they thought it was funny and they still did not get the food correct this place deserves a big fat zero in my list. I will not be coming back here service sucks and so does the food. Rude employees and very disrespectful to customers. BEWARE!!!!

This is by far the worst service out of all burger King they forgot some items with the order and the guy at the window was forgetting to give me my drink. When I got home I realized I didn’t get my nuggets so I had to wait another 25 minutes on the line to get my nuggets.

Ordered a 5 peace French toast sticks and coffee. Checked my food in the parking lot, my sticks were cold and coffee room temperature. I went back through the drive through and asked for hot French toast sticks. Well I assumed that everything was ok. But I was wrong. I received 3 sticks instead of 5. I also relieved weird looking sticks. Very disappointed

I hate this Burger King. I come here sometimes at night when options are limited. Every time I order, the food is either cold or inedible. My beef burgers are always old & cold while the Chicken burgers are dark & hard to bite, meatless patties. You can see the patty in the photo. Don’t they see the way it looks before serving the damn food to customers????

Do these people visit the dining room at all,? I was not impressed with the dining area it was not an inviting area to enjoy a meal. I found a seat facing the drive thru I was disgusted by the bugs in the window seal, I did not want to be rude but that’s ridiculous.
