First of all thank you Bety. Not only were you incredibly rude while I was trying to order. But you didn’t even get our full order. I’m sorry your day isn’t going the way it should. But making rude comments about customers and talking trash as if we cannot hear you and then slamming the window in my face… oh and my order was wrong on top of it. Thank you BK. Wont even go into the 20plus minute wait. The lack of professionalism between both team members that were present. Looking at all of these reviews I’m not sure why Ms Bety is still at this location. Unfortunately Ms Bety made it so I didn’t feel comfortable going back in and getting my order correct. This was an all around miss from start to finish.

Tried to order the $6 value deal with a bacon dbl cheeseburger. Asked for dry and if tomatoes no tomatoes. Got an elderly cashier with an attitude correcting me that I just wanted pickles I said no sauce no tomatoes. Gave me a plain double cheeseburger only pickles. Do not go here go off post or to Ed center this place consistently screws up orders.

Only person in line and I waited approximately 5 minutes to order. I clearly ordered an impossible burger with 2 slices of cheese and didn’t get it. Not upset about 40 cents but if you’re going to take more than 15 minutes to make my order then at least have it correct. The lettuce tasted old. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Sorry but I would not recommend eating here.

Despite so many negative reviews I actually had a good experience overall. The food took a bit to come out but when it did the order was correct, fresh, and tasty. The immediate area around the Burger King counter was clean and stocked.

Any other Burger King you go to the line moves fairly quickly but this one is absolutely trash. Nobody should have to wait an extended period of time for one burger and a drink. This is ridiculous. The owner or supervisor needs to fix this ASAP because 90% of people who go during lunch have to go back to work and they shouldn’t have to waste half of their lunch waiting for food. And also BK is considered “fast food” ain’t nothing “fast” about these folk.
