I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but since I had a terrible allergic reaction I had to. As a Police Officer I stopped to get something quick. I specifically asked for no tomatoes as I am deathly allergic. Welp, would you know tomatoes were left on my chicken sandwiches. In addition, the fries were extremely cold. I thought because they had me wait in the drive-thru behind the door..the food would be fresh but it wasn’t. It was terrible. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t respond to emergencies because now I’m on my way to the E.R.

Ordered a Whopper with cheese, no tomato, light onions. What i received was a Whooper, no cheese, full onions, with tomatoes. No receipt in bag. My large sweet tea had no sweetener in it. Just ruined my entire lunch. Check your order before pulling away because this was a prime example of what you should expect.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR A DAY MANAGERS CALL BACK. YOUNG GIRL WAS RUDE AND HAD ATTITUDE CAUSE I ASKED WHAT CAME ON A DOUBLE CHEESBURGER I honestly didn’t know. Some place call a dble cheeseburger with double cheese. Mine only had one paddy so I was checking to to see if my came with 2 parties as they are so small. She had a problem with that GAVE ATTITUDE FURTHER WHEN MANAGER SAID SOMETHING AND USED PROFANITY. I WAS SO UPSET LEFT MY DRINK THERE!!!!!

10/14 another disappointed visit. Do they not get this right? We ordered at 816pm and dis not get our order until 845pm. 30 mins really? I love BK but I honestly cannot find a good one near my house. They have been consistently horrible.
Order impossible burger 8/25 630ish pm. When we got the food it was barely warm. The impossible burger tasted as if it was nuked in the microwave? I have had a good flame broiled impossible burger and I know the flavor. This was barely warm along w every thing else we ordered. I love BK but I have had 2 bad visits from. 2 different locations. Maybe BK is just not what it use to be. So disappointed

All my food was cold. My fries and onion rings were soggy. No sauce for my nuggets on top of them being old.The melt had the wrong sauce on it. To top it off one of the double cheeseburger was burned on the bun. Why would you still give that to someone. After all the money I spent. I thought I would of got good glquality food. The Whopper had the end tiny piece of tomato on it and the bread was hard. I paid for a different cheese and bacon. Couldn’t even taste it or tell it was there. It only had three small pieces of lettuce. Smh. The whole order was disappointing. Couldn’t choose no ice for drink so Lemonade was watery. Ruined our dinner tonight. And nothing done about it from customer service.

This has to be some kind of social experiment. Every time I come to this place it’s the weirdest experience ever. Getting your order is like dealing with an NPC. Then you wait like 20 minutes wondering if your order is even coming out. Do you like Russian roulette with your food? Guess what?! You’re in the right place because they will most likely get the order completely wrong. After waiting 20 minutes I get home and my wife couldn’t even eat the damn meal I waited so long for because there’s pickles in it. That place is either ran by bots learning to cook and take orders, OR the entire staff is special needs. Either way, this place sucks big time. Sucks to complain, but something should be done about this. Fix your staffing problem.

Tried this location thinking it being new would mean perhaps a better visit all around. No. It was dirty, bathroom disgusting. It’s 11:30 no one I’m sure in the lobby yet the lobby was dirty, fountain area disgusting and the ketchup dispenser was dirty. Zoom in to see the mess in pictures. Food was cold. Definitely not made fresh

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! 30 min to order, 30 min to give me my food, what kind of service is that , when you order your food they act like they don’t understand what you’re asking for.

I went inside about 8pm to order a Whopper and fries after work. I spent almost 10 minutes in front of the counter waiting and not one person said anything. Not I’ll be with you or nothing. They saw me but we’re busy making orders. The place wasn’t even busy but they looked busy. I just turned around and went to a McDonald’s. Very disappointed.

Ordered 4 egg & cheese Croissants. Spent 5 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the first windows as I was told, only to be waved down to the second windows. Waited another 10 minutes for my food, for every sandwhich to be wrong. Got half a mind to drive back up there. Absolutly ridiculous.
