I’ve bragged on this particular Burger King once before. Received a buy one get one free whopper via email. Perfect. Got in the drive thru and was asked for a code. Turns out you have to download the App. Ok. Done. Placed the order. Added 2 drinks and 2 fries. Turns out a combo is less expensive than using a coupon. Not the employee’s fought though deceptive marketing practice….asked for wet wipes so we could wash our hands and they didn’t have any so we asked for a small cup of water with some extra napkins and wanted to charge us for the “cup”. .89 cents. Ummmm not today Satan. Talked with Conception’ the manager and she obviously doesn’t understand customer Service! This is why In and Out and Chic filet is killing them.

So I had to say Thanks to Lilliana (I hope I spelled your name right) and her crew we received some delicious hot breakfast/brunch I had a hiccup with my order but she didn’t mind making it right THEY are good examples of customer service and if this is how they fix breakfast I am EXCITED for Lunch AND dinner I recommend this place to as many people as possible our food was sealed I watched the execute the drive thru and properly sanitize and this is NOT A PAID PROMOTION OR REVIEW I WROTE THIS BECAUSE I WANTED TO. =)

The manager today 10:00 had name tag Liliana! But I think that’s a false name tag or they share the tag! I asked if they did FREE coffee or discount like most places for senior citizens! She answered ‘we have hot or ice coffee’. Leading me to believe the answer was yes. However at the window she double charged me from original today. She explained the coffee cost extra and not free or discount. I asked if ok to have free instead of throwing it away she said no because the cost will come from her personal pocket.

Worse Burger King around bad communication, rushed service to the point of mistakes. And the staff always seem irritated to serve you. Idk maybe it’s just me, but I’ve been here several times and it always seems the same. Not to mention the food is usually half put together and barley warm.
