Help me understand why I get overcharged at this location a lot. I never even got the total verbally. He handed me my card and the receipt and my food. Only after I saw the total. The actual price for my breakfast combo was $6.89. I made it a medium so it should have been $7.69 and $8.32 with tax. I look at the receipt and it is $9.84. The price for the combo on the receipt shows $8.09 with another $1.00 added for the medium diet coke. The combo on the menu literally shows a soda with the meal. Plus I put the order in to that store for online pick up with the medium meal it only showed the price for the medium meal (with diet coke) for the total. $8.32 should have been the total price. It’s not letting me upload pics right now but I’ll try to get the receipt and online order pics up later.

I haven’t been here in over two years because of my terrible experiences here. I had a craving for it today, and I decided to roll the dice and hope for the best I didn’t get my expectations up because they were low to begin with of course. What a surprise for me today. The food was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. I picked it up inside the store and the staff was very friendly as well. The store and the kitchen appeared clean and organized. I’m hoping that future visits here will be like today. It should always be that way. Isn’t life a lot better when a franchisee or company representative reads nothing but great reviews here on Google? It really isn’t that difficult to maintain a quality standard. Chick-fil-A has been doing it since 1986. Please keep up the great work and I will keep coming back.

Would absolutely rate it lower! This place botched my simple order TWICE!! And Did NOT show any concern! Getting someone on the phone was excruciating the first time and IMPOSSIBLE the second time. My sandwiches had ingredients that didn’t come in them and I didn’t ask for and the things I did ask for I didn’t get!!! To top it off, on the first occasion, they gave me a BURGER. when I DONT EAT MEAT!!!!!
TERRIBLE!! I thought about visiting and giving them the chance to remake my second order but imma take the hint and STAT AWAY!!!!! Visit at YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This is the third time that I have ordered a burger with cheese and they don’t put cheese on it! The time before I ordered they gave a completely different order. I don’t usually complain but when I’m paying for a specific item and my order is repeatedly wrong I start getting annoyed. This is a work day for me and I’m on a time crunch so it’s not easy for me to just go back up there. Y’all need to start paying attention to people’s orders. I tried calling 6 six times as soon as I found out my order was wrong and the phone lines are down. How convenient!!! The customer service is great but like I said I’m starting to get annoyed especially since I’m paying extra for cheese. A mistake here and there is no big deal but 3-4 times, give me a break!

This is one of the best Burger Kings if not one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. It’s not just because of the food but because of the way the manager RB treats the customers. Out of the countless times that I’ve been there, if there was ever a problem (which is extremely rare) it was taken care of immediately and professionally by the manager named RB. RB seems to remember what many have forgotten, customer respect and a good customer experience. I had to edit this because there is a (I believe night manager, at least that’s what she said) female manager who is horrifyingly rude and it’s everytime she’s working. Horrible customer service when she is there.

I don’t understand why companies like this only hire Spanish speaking people as if only Hispanics are the only ones that live in Texas, because when an issue comes up nobody speaks English all of a sudden. & im pretty sure Hispanics weren’t the only people applying here, this is a form of discrimination as well.
So originally i went up to order the Big Fish meal, you know usually when a customer order you automatically charge them for a meal, unless they just request sandwich only. When i received my order i noticed i didn’t get the combo. So he responded “you just asked for the sandwich” actually no i didn’t. When a customers orders a certain number it’s standard protocol to automatically ring them up for the whole meal unless they say otherwise. So i asked for the manager & she didn’t speak English. TYPICAL. Why are yall only hiring Spanish speaking people as if everyone around here only speaks Spanish? That’s unethical. Because when there’s issue like this involved nobody can’t solve them unless you get a translator. I immediately requested a refund because this what i don’t have time for. Y’all be having the easiest jobs ever & still unable to do your job correctly. 0/10 do not recommend. Heavy training needed.

They stay messing up my food orders. I’ve only been there like 4 times like every few months or so. And they never get it right. Either the order is the wrong one or they give me a half done order, or are missing the cheese i paid extra for. You have one job take the order, read the order and make what’s on that order I don’t see why that is so difficult to do. The most recent incident happened today I got a whopper the burger patty tasted like it was burnt and it was tougher than a usual burger I look into it this thing is burnt to a crisp!!! I know their burgers are charbroiled but I didn’t think they meant their burger were actually charcoal!

I myself prefer BK to other fast foods. Always fries! But the reason for this review is not my experience but my mother’s. You see mom has turned 80 and just retired from driving school bus. Trying to get to the point, the manager at the Kimball restaurant has been so kind to her every morning on her way to work. She stopped for French toast sticks and oj and often took something for everyone in the house as well. I appreciate that Service BK provides is never forced. He seems to be, genuinely, having a great day everyday but if not he understands that customers do not need to know. Not everyone cares to! My mother does and I think he can tell. I remain loyal to the royal. Thank you for great food and proper service with a free smile daily.!

Drove down to this location from trophy club and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. And then ordered a double meat BACON KING. The fries were horrid and dried out hard. The burger looked just like the picture with finger prints smooshed into it and was missing the BACON for my bacon king. The reciept printer broke so I said dont worry about it of course. Then get back to work to find this disgusting meal that got thrown on the trash.
There was ONE other dine in customer there. And maybe a few in the drive through. After reading the current reviews on here I realize everyone was exactly right.
