My brother had to wait forever for his food. We finished eating before he ever got his food. All this while the store and drive through were not busy. They had plenty of workers in the back. Just incredibly slow.

In the past, we have waited 15+ minutes in the drive through for chicken nuggets when we were the only car.

Would not recommend.

Decided to grab a burger, roll up to the drive through, three cars in front of us and we get told: “We’re busy servicing other customers, give us a sec”. 5min pass, we say “hello”

“Yeah, its going to be a few more minutes”

We get lost in conversation, 10min go buy “hello” followed by crickets…

We drive up to the window (there are no cars in the lane ahead of us anymore), an employee opens the window and asks if they can help us. We said we have been waiting 15min and nobody returned to take our order.

“We asked you to wait because we were helping other customers!” he snapped back. He was upset and confused we wouldn’t be told to wait for fast food, be ignored and then expect to be treated like customers. How dare we not operate on his schedule. We were shocked.

You ignore customers and then have the brass to act incredulous when they won’t be ignored until you are damn good and ready.

You don’t have to hire capable employees if you don’t want to, that much is plainly obvious about this place, but at least hire ones that are polite.

We ordered 2 woppers and they gave us somthing like Texas woppers. Please check your order before leaving this place. And we had to pay 40$ for it.

Apparently the drive thru is not a priority for them today. We were asked to hold on. Which was fine at first. We were looking at the menu to see what we wanted. Got ready and told them we were ready when they are. Big mistake I guess. Was told to keep holding. We politely did for another 10-15 minutes more vehicles pulled up. So I asked if anyone was there. No answer. We pulled up to the window and was told, we asked you to hold because we are taking care of other customers. I guess they couldn’t handle having drive thru orders AND inside orders at the same time. Clearly the inside customers where more important. Noticed the other vehicles in the drive thru got tired of waiting and left as well. Need to schedule more help or capable help since they couldn’t get it together today.

Stopped by this Burger King recently and was pleasantly surprised. The dining area was clean and well-kept, and the employees were friendly and polite. I don’t expect much from fast food these days, since a lot of places have gone downhill, but this location delivered a really solid experience, it was better than I expected. I’d definitely return.

I’ve been to many different burger kings in the dfw area and this by far is the cleanest one I’ve ever seen! The staff was friendly and the food was made exactly the way we wanted! This is the way fast food businesses should be ran, bravo staff!!

Went through the drive-through and there were no other customers present. Asked them to drop fresh fries so I wouldn’t get cold ones. They clearly just microwaved the ones they had already cooked, because the ones I got were textured like rubber. The burger patty was cold, and the burger had been thrown together as though the person assembling it was angry and throwing the ingredients haphazardly into the wrapper. A pickle and wad of lettuce had fallen out of the loosely wrapped burger and were on the bottom of the bag. There was ketchup all over the side of the bun and in the wrapper. I had ordered a Coke with the meal, and it tasted like it had been mixed with Dr Pepper. This was a terrible experience. Very disappointing.

So just did an online order.

And I want to know what happened to GOOD customer service?!!
We picked up our order and we didn’t see we had the FOUR BBQ sauces in the bottom of the bag we ordered.
So we asked the young lady at the window.
we only see TWO bbq sauces and we ordered four.

And she rudely said I put FOUR in the bag with an attitude so we rechecked and yes we clearly made a mistake and apologized to her.
But she could have simply said I did put FOUR in the bag, but if you like I can give you a few more???
We would have even paid extra.
But why have an attitude like that??

Burger King needs to do better with their hiring.
And customer service.

Fist time I’ve seen coffered ceilings in a fast food restaurant here in Texas! Everything was clean and in order. I was greeted by a very professional young gentleman; I think his name might have been Jordan or something like that. He was very thorough. I usually don’t eat Burger King, but this particular location, has changed my mind. Thanks!

Craving BK for months but I was warned ⚠️ about the Midlothian location from a friend. Ordered $40 worth of food to drive to another town to go home just to see only chicken fingers and not one burgers or the sides we ordered.
