They are always closing early, im sitting here now because they accepted an online order but yet when I come to get it they are closed an hour early, nothing on their app, website, building, nothing at all saying they are closed. I think it’s pretty freaking stupid that they cant at least change their hours on the website, I could have ordered from a different one. They just work when they feel like it here. They all have crappy attitudes. They need to be trained in customer service above all else, then they can figure out how to adjust hours and work when they feel like it. That’s all they do anyway. 3rd time this has happened, do better Burger King, the money u make and this is all u can do?

This BK location is the worst ever (287 an frontage Rd). I am never able to order from the app because their system issues. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues, early morning the sign will say open and no one answers the drive thru. Today there was only one person working and so the line is backed up and they are frequently out of menu items. Today I waited in line just to drive off. Do yourself a favor and Find another location.

One of the best Burger Kings in the area. This location is very clean, the service is friendly, the food fresh and tasty.
It’s easy to get in and out of, which I appreciate, being disabled.
Only negative: too many stools instead of chairs or booths. Do people really sit on those things?

This man running this Burger King should be SHUT dowNNN…he has NOO care or pride in giving FRESH food at ALL…NOTHING ive got from there the maybe 6 times weve gone has everrrrrr been fresh…THIS was absolutely the last time he gets our money…we will STARVE before attempting to eat his mushy tomatoes brown lettuce no sauce giving cold fries all meat is smashed to paper thin so theres nothing but bread…im sOOOOOO disappointed in THISSS BURGER KING on 287 and sublett area…HES CareLESS and would be a store owner to GIve us old spoiled food and never care…someone plz STOPPP acting like this is good food and buy his franchise out feom him or smthn!!! And BE CAREFUL eating there …I had to spit all my food out after stupidity convinced me to try to get my money worth and im hungry …

Pulled up at 5:30 in the evening and doors were locked…. No one responded at the drive thru either. As I was leaving someone finally appeared and acted like he was opening the doors. I left as there are too many other choices around

I’m just happy to have a decent tasting vegetation burger option that’s less than $10. Their fries and buns and toppings all suck…but I enjoy the patty well enough to keep coming back ♀️

3 a working to 25 mins for food with no one in the drive thru. The elderly couple in front of me waited even longer and their food was just sitting there. The manager is extremely rude and short with people. When will they shut this store down or hire better staff!

The owner is ALWAYS there working, and he is very kind. They are never out of the impossible whopper which means a lot! My husband get me chicken express and then gets me the impossible whopper. 🙂
