Excellent customer service! Super friendly staff. I will go out of my way to eat here. I’ve made my rounds to the burger kings in texarkan and I will definitely eat here from now on! They have this cute lil wall too for the colourings of the kiddos which I thought went above and beyond customer service. They posted another one as I was ordering from a little that it just made that kids face light up. Thanks st line burger king your the best!

Hot and fresh whopper add cheese the cheese came out nicely melted on top once I thock a bite out of the burger see the steam running out of it. It was so hot and fresh I ask for onion rings instead of fries got those and the where also hot and fresh all under 12 dollars not to bad of price in today’s money only complaint is the post mix machine the Coca-Cola had a funny taste to the mixture is a bit off and needs to adjusted all in all not a bad experience I’d take hot fresh food and funny taste drink over a good drink and stone cold ❄ food any day

Went in for lunch, Michelle helped me because I wanted burger king but I’m Keto high protein. I told her what I needed and she was able to get me exactly what I needed. She was awesome and I definitely recommend this place.

Food was hot and fresh and Michelle had amazing customer service, even offering coloring pages while dining in the restaurant. Also mentionable; clean bathrooms, clean dining room and a nice playground! 10/10 will dine again on our next stop through Texarkana!

Very nice and clean place workers were very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure that they got our orders just right it was so nice to see someone who cares about their customers order so much. We are doing low carb and they even make sure they put extra stuff on our no bun burgers

The store was mostly clean, and the staff was friendly enough, but the food/order situation needed some help.
Firstly, some other woman came up before I ordered to complain about her order being wrong. It sounded like her complaint was that her fried fish wasn’t properly fried. I may have gotten the details wrong, but that’s what I got from overhearing her speaking to the staff.
My order was wrong in that I ordered 2 small and 1 large fry. I was shorted the large fry, but took it to go and didn’t check before leaving, so that was that. I also tried to get a soda, but the ice dispenser seemed to be empty and all the nozzles put out more soda water than syrup, so the drink was bitter and nasty. I got lemonade instead, which was fine, but not what I wanted. They also had signs up stating they aren’t selling side salads until further notice, for whatever reason they had for that.
Also, the menu board was busted and stuck in a failed Linux boot, so half of the menu was missing. That’s not a big deal, but worth pointing out.

I see drive thru is trying to step it up like front line has done.
Keep customers #1. If you have to pull cards forward, do it. If the car at the window needs a 2nd order and it’s less then 3 items, take the order and pull them forward. Keep the line moving but don’t pull the last and/or only car just to clear the line and cheat on times.

My whopper didn’t have an ketchup on it when I specifically asked for ketchup! It was so bland I couldn’t eat it.
The mozzarella sticks are gross!! Don’t even bother!! They were cold like they had been microwaved for not long enough? The cheese inside wasn’t stringy at all.
The chicken nuggets were good except there was a gross black chunk in one of the nuggets. It really grossed me out and I didn’t want to finish my nuggets after I saw that chunk sticking out after biting into one of the nuggets.
