The people were nice and very respectful but the quality of food was little to none… for the burger the meat tasted like it has been sitting in a pan of water since it was cooked tasted nothing like a charbroiled Burger the lettuce every time seems to be nothing but the white part of the iceberg lettuce the tomatoes have no flavor pickles and onions for fair the fries we’re far from fresh and the Dr Pepper seemed to be flat even though it was a fountain drink so to say the least I was not very happy after pain $30 for two number two

It’s a shame because I see some pretty good reviews on here, but ordering through Door Dash… Man…. Our dashes are always super nice and never had issues with the drivers. The restaurant however, the staff need to get it together! I’ve had missing items in my bag more than one time, and poor food quality. Overdone fries and overcooked dry chicken nuggets. Burgers are usually ok though. But the rest tastes like we are given stale food.

Haven’t been in this Burger King since the remodeling. Very clean. Food was delicious. Service was outstanding. The lady that took our order was very friendly.

I was visiting from another state. We came here for a get together with family we haven’t met. The playground was closed due to the heavy rain leaking but we made the best of it. I believe her name was Jackie, she was amazing! Her customer service was the best I’ve seen being in Texas for a week. She took our big order and was very friendly. If I ever come back to Paris I would highly consider stopping here again.

The recent remodel has totally sucked out the personality from this place, it feels like you are eating in a “modern” airport. They took away the fancy drink machine that gave you tons of flavors to choose from. The tables and fountain drink area were nasty and not clean. We ordered through the app, got all of our food right, so we barely interacted with the staff but seemed friendly enough. The food tasted amazing. The play area I grew up with is closed and the car mural on the wall is completely gone.

I went in Burger King tonight hungry & had the best whopper meal, the hamburger & fries was great. I want to commend the employees, every employee was friendly & made you feel welcome. I didn’t know they served ice cream cones so if ever there you need to try one.
