I Love going to the Burger King in Paris Tx . The food is fresh and hot when it is delivered to you. I enjoy and thank each and every employee but the one that has Outstanding customer service is Eliana. She has a Amazing,Positive Aura, She always has an Upbeat Personality. From the time she is on the intercom receiving your order she brightens my day. She has Outstanding Customer Service and her personality and Smile is what stands out and make Buger King. A wonderful experience at this Burger King. All the food was hot, and the soft drinks tasted good as well. The restaurant was clean, and the counter staff was efficient. Food was made to order without issues. Excellent!

Kaylee was who took our order she was very good at making sure to ask all the right questions and we didn’t mind a bit when she needed help finding a button to ring up one of my items , she then offered other suggestions ( upsells) and she even said if we needed anything else at all as I was getting our food which btw was ready in under 5 minutes , just to let her know. She mentioned she’s newer .. DEF the type of employees you want to keep! Great job!!

I Love going there. The staff is great. FOOD IS AMAZING. INSIDE IS CLEAN. STAFF IS COURTEOUS. EXCEPT ONE DAY THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WHEN I ASK FOR LG CUP OF ICE THE LADY WAS ON THE PHONE AT THE DRIVE THRU AND TOLD ME THEY WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT .THEY ONLY GAVE ME A MEDIUM CUP. Spent 30 dollars only to get two sauces. Would not give anymore unless you buy extra. I have been 2 alot of burger kings and this is the only one that charges for sauce or ketchup.

Traveling for Labor Day was the worse until we stopped for breakfast at Burger King. The morning crew was great, the store and restrooms were the cleans I’ve seen in fast food places. And the manager I believe her name was Miss Latreese was the best. I can’t want to visit this store again. All in all made my day.

This Burger King in Paris Tx is amazing. The employees are always so nice and friendly. The play room is open so my kids can play. A little hot in there, but someone put a fan in there and it’s comfortable. Thank you to the employees for being so very nice. Food is always hot and fresh.

I really enjoyed bringing my kids here to play, and eat lunch or sometimes dinner. That is until today. I’ve had very mediocre experiences with the staff times before, but the experience today too outrageous to ignore.
The lack of customer care from the staff, including shift management, is egregious. This is not a winning franchise location, and I say that with all due respect.
Ex. I ordered using the app, since my kids were playing. After 5 minutes or so I go check on the order. After inquiring when it should be ready I was told they didn’t have my order. Once we cleared that it was ordered, instead of addressing the mix up they chose to paint me as the problem because I didn’t come up and tell them I was there.
After brushing that off, and give them time to complete the order, I return 5 minutes later with my two year old in-tow only to find the order has been bagged. To wit they respond, “Well, it has drive-thru on the receipt!” Even though she LITERALLY just acknowledged my order just 5 minutes before.
But the cherry on top happened as I’m getting the drinks for my kids and me. The shift manager decides that just bringing my tray over and leaving it on the drink station was sufficient customer care. I had a hand full of drinks in my hand AND my two year old son in my arms, and she didn’t think to help me get it to my playing kids in the Play Area. It wasn’t her responsibility, but she showed who was important to her.
Enjoy at your own risk. It’s a sufficient location, however don’t expect much on the service side. Maybe just use the drive thru only if you can bear it. But that’s only my opinion.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I was having a “great ” morning…so much was going wrong. After getting my breakfast here, With just a smile and a kind word made my morning better. I will continue to return here ….love love the employees here.
