I came through the drive thru. They asked me to wait and I thought they forgot me, so I said, “Hi.” To which, they asked me to wait again. Eventually, I ordered a double cheeseburger and value fries. The double cheeseburger was hot and fresh and tasted good, but it was about as big around as a hockey puck. That was very disappointing considering the size they used to be. A few of the fries were warm, but the rest tasted like they’d been sitting for a while.

Awful Service, Overcharged, and a Sewer Smell
I recently had a terrible experience at this Burger King location and will absolutely not be returning.
The ordeal began with my simple order. The employee, Sarah, seemed to struggle with basic math and ended up overcharging me. When I politely pointed out the mistake and asked her to correct the total, her reaction was shocking and completely unprofessional. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the error; instead, she had the audacity to tell me that I “don’t have to get” the food.
This level of inconsiderate and hostile customer service is unacceptable. Sarah’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. She clearly lacked the basic training and professionalism required for a customer-facing role.
As if the poor service wasn’t enough, the restaurant itself smelled terrible. There was a distinct, overpowering odor that smelled strongly like sewer gas, making the entire dining area unpleasant and frankly, nauseating.
Between the awful stench, the struggle with simple transactions, and the incredibly rude service from Sarah, this was a completely disappointing and frustrating visit. Save your money and your nose—I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Good location to get food with expected quality level. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking readily available. Bathrooms are not as accessible friendly but are functional. This location is easily visible and accessible from the road. Parking is available and there is plenty. The only downside of the parking lot is a large flood at the main entrance anytime water is held. Bathrooms are decent and usually maintained in decent quality. Cleanliness of the restaurant is decent as well though not the best it could be. Food quality is usually good and so is the taste but sometimes it can be not as good. Staff is good and usually friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Fries tasted like old oil with no salt… Woppers were dry and tasteless & the bread was dry. I regret not going across the road to Braums… who’s drive through line was wrapped around the building. And Burger King only had one car… Now I know why. Wasted money, we had to throw it out.

Lady who took our order was very nice. I asked for mustard instead of mayo. Sandwich came with mustard and mayo. I took it back to the counter and was greeted by the manager. Told her the problem, very nicely. She pulled up the order on a screen to show me that they made it the way I ordered it. I told her that’s not what I ordered. She just pointed at the screen . I politely repeated that I wanted it the way I ordered it. She rudely turned her back on me , told someone to remake my sandwich and turned around and just stared at me with her hands on her hips. I went back to our group table. I was facing the other way, but my wife told me later that the manager had slammed the old sandwich into the garbage. Wow!!! What ever happened to “Have It Your Way”. I’m 73 years old, ordered food thousands of times at many different kinds of restaurants and never ever was I treated this way till today. We won’t be going back there until we think maybe Burger King figures out they need to fire her and get a real manager. Probably won’t take very long.

Went there for the first time this morning . I’ve never tried Burger King for breakfast the Junior breakfast burritos with sausage were delicious hot melty cheese and soft hot eggs with sausage and the French toast sticks and the syrup tasted pretty good too fast friendly service.

My wife was just now in the store and while in the middle of ordering for herself my mother in law and our 4 kids the cashier stopped taking her order and asked her to move out of the way so someone else could order because her order was big and taking to long. Then a cook from the back hollered that my kids were too loud. Did they forget that got a job at one of the only places in town with an indoor playplace? Needless to say my wife who will eat 2 or 3 times a month with that and number of people will not be back thanks to the staff clearly not wanting to work at all. I even tried giving them benefit of the doubt and asked my wife if the person behind her was maybe police or fire ems so they might be in a hurry and she said no. I’d bet with service like that this place will be closed soon.

Went for breakfast and got the burrito and it was actually really good. That morning the woman who took my order was amazing. This morning went for hasbrowns and a dp (mind you i work nights so this is like after a long ah shift). The cashier lady that helped me was such a good person. The lady who was grumpy is the reason I cant give this 5 stars. Girl the world is alot brighter with some kindness in your heart. Don’t take your anger out on strangers.

We greeted the main cashier as we entered. He didn’t say a word as he was buried in his cell phone. Having customers wanting to order didn’t dissuade him from continuing, however. The food is what you’d expect. No ketchup, though. You have to ask for it, and they give you very little. The ladies in the back seemed like the only ones working. The cashier kept on his phone and kept going outside to check it frequently.
Can anyone figure out why Burger Kings across the country are closing?
