Went thrue drive thru and the manager that took my order had no customer service skills . My fries had so much salt couldn’t eat them. My spicy chicken wrap looked like a wet burrito. Greece covered the whole tortillas. The 2 Texas whopper was really good . This location could use alot of improvement.

My husband kept saying not to go there because no one there wants to work. I made him take me last week, after sitting in drive thru 10 minutes, the kid finally says their register is down and would have to wait 30 minutes. So we left. Wanted to try again, so i made a pick up order for pickup at counter so I didn’t get stuck behind somebody in take out line. Doors locked so we had to. 1 customer at the order window for 5 minutes without his order being taken. So i got out of my car, walked past the car waiting , get to 1st window girl sitting in the corner playing on her phone. 2nd window a kid opening cups instead of taking orders. I don’t know how this burger king makes any money. You got employees that dont want to do their jobs.

The overnight crew and staff are exceptional!!! They are always eager and ready to take your order regardless of the hour!! They are enthusiastic, have great conversation!!! Keeland, and his younger coworker (hispanic, maybe Michael, there’s also another flamboyant long hair,) I love them ALL!!!!

This location needs to learn when not to cheapen their menu and cut out what they advertise for. I ordered the BBQ Brisket burger and there’s Not enough brisket on the burger. Their menu even shows more on the board above the registers inside the business. DO BETTER!!!

I had lunch at Burger King today and it was really good. My burger was hot, juicy, and made just the way I ordered it. The fries were fresh and crispy, and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and the workers were polite. Overall, a solid lunch spot that hit the spot.

Ordered on DoorDash the family bundle. Received my order items were missing onion rings, nuggets , no lettuce, no tomatoes or no onion, no ketchup or mustard. Both of my whoops had only meat and a dry bun.

Came thru the drive thru to just get a simple fish sandwich and for them to add a slice of cheddar & slice of Swiss cheese. They have gotten my same “Basic” order wrong 4 times prior so I always open my order before I leave. I don’t know if they just don’t care, don’t read, don’t comprehend or all of the above. When I take my order back in the staff does not apologize they actually have an attitude that they got the order wrong. The eye rolling and huffing and puffing is enough for me and my neighbors in the area to not return. This location is the laughing joke in our community meetings that they get your order wrong if u just order water over ice. I will not be returning . Get it together Burger King . It’s no wonder why you get less business than the surrounding food places. Hire new staff because the cook he don’t read and the 2 ladies attitude is very dangerous. There are some customers who wouldn’t take those attitudes as passive as I do.

I just came through the drive-thru and received a very disappointing experience. My fish sandwich was old, and the fries were not fresh. When I politely told the young lady at the window and asked for fresh food, she became rude and started yelling at me.
This was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would like to report this incident to a manager and ensure it’s addressed appropriately.

Service Night Shift needs to do better !! I believe once a customer is ordering food for sure not free I’m paying so why deny things and say you out !! And see the opposite on drive thru

We stopped in for a quick bite. Young Lady at register was nice. Used coupon, it was ok. The ice machine completely empty, young gentleman put ice in our cups from the drive through side.
Place was spotless and clean and ready for business.
