Absolutely the worst place I have ever stopped to eat. Staff was rude and could not get our order right. No matter how many times we explained we wanted 2 number 1’s plain and dry, then another number 1 with no veggies was too complicated for them to comprehend. Bathrooms are dirty and trash is over flowing.Trash outside was overflowing and all over the ground. Out of the 3 slush flavors only 1 was working. Burger was cold and fries tasted horrible. Oil needs to be changed out but everything this place is absolutely disgusting. The whole restaurant is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I also have put a call into the corporate office because they need to know. You will not get the local BK staff to answer the phone no matter how many times you call and won’t be able to talk to the manager. We were just passing through but if I ever go through there again, I will not ever stop.

Usually not a problem, but this morning I pulled into drive threw. Sat fir 5 minn then another car pulled into the other lane and was able to order immediately. Then when I said something the woman at the window where I paid rudely said sorry and then charged me full price when honestly I think there should had been at least a small discount for tge inconvenience……..

Worst burger king, I’ve been here more than once and can’t say anything was fresh any of those times. Cold onion rings, old cheese on cold burger. Speedy service but I assume it’s because none of it is made fresh. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for fresh food.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am NOT picky at all!!! But the fries were ice COLD & the burger wasn’t char-grilled, it was CHAR BURNT!!! It tasted like toast that burnt in the toaster. And to top it off, I went thru the drive-thru and ask if there was any way to exchange our cold fries for slightly warm at least and was told by the Manager, Esperanza, to go home and warm them in the microwave!! Seriously!!! I just spent over $50 on food at your place and NONE of it was edible. I’m a public servant so we don’t get to eat often during a shift and I at least want nourishment that I can swallow. DO NOT GO TO CORSICANA BURGER KING!!!

We visited the store on 10/24/2022 and I can honestly say it was a great experience. I had not been inside a Burger King in years. The food was great and there were two ladies in front who had great customer service. We accidently spilled a drink while we were sitting down and offered right away to clean up the spill without complaint or any attitude. I will be back if we are in the area.

Terrible! First time we went, waited over 30 mins for food. All our food was wrong. Gave it another shot, 2 weeks later. Waited 30 minutes again.. it was also wrong and the croissants were burnt. Kinda sad..Corsicana was really excited about Burger King. Customer service and the food is horrible. 🙁

BK delivers sometimes. However, slow management and very slow employees gave us our food after 17 minutes of waiting at a fast food restaurant such as this. Plus side, we spent the day with the cast of Netflix’s “Cheer”. Corsicana residents rock!!!!

We’ve been here twice in the last year. Once was drive thru and once inside. Tonight when we went in both ladies a the front were very nice, helpful, and patient. The inside was also clean. The food was alright, not the best burger king I’ve had but not the worst. Hopefully they’ve turned a new leaf with a new staff since last year and will continue to improve.
