Remembering Burger King 49 years ago My dad would take me for my favorite burger. Now I drive myself and still is .The ladies are very friendly and I get my jr burger w/cheese for breakfast . It’s always warm and freshly made. The fries are fresh and crispy . You can’t beat it:: update:: still the best burgers in town: fresh hot fries”” the building is nice and has been remodeled while back:: great location”” easy to drive in easy to drive out” no cluttered drive ways ;; I love it ‘ thank you !

First thing BK has got do is update their facilties. The image they are conveying is that they are a washed up antiquated FF restaurant. Historically, it is just plain factual that businesses that allow themselves to become dated in their image and other aspects that define their existence end up becoming a thing of the past. I am old fashioned but from a business standpoint it is capital suicide to allow yourself to become dated!

Update 5/20/23… So tried Spiderman burger with the kids and meh….i mean tasty but i didn’t even get cheese on mine and we got American cheese and i didn’t ask for a substitute. The kids thought it was cool but again meh. /// This review was from April 2023….We don’t have issues at this location. I’ve even had a person run out to catch me when they forgot something from my order. I do wish they updated the menu so you know what is current. Other than that it’s a great location!!!

I wish our local Burger King was amazing, but it is just meh. I can usually tell the fries and onion rings are not freshly made. The staff there is always really friendly though.

Arud, the manager, is awesome! She is such a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile waiting for you. My wife and I just started going for breakfast. She won us over on our first visit to the Wylie store. I don’t know what you pay her, but she deserves even more. You need to bottle her sunshine and put it in all of your stores.

The fact that this location is convenient for me but do not offer mobile ordering nor ROYAL PERKS. I remember placing a mobile order here before and redeeming my crowns etc. Alex wasn’t at all helpful nor knowledgeable bc even if the mgr stopped it as it states that don’t have nothing to do w me esp when I wanted my free any size fry w my in store purchase but Alex states that if he gives me a free fry he’ll have to give to everyone else. Basically I got offended & told him am not here nor speaking about everybody am speaking upon myself. I hate when certain employees say that stupid myth. It’s either yes or no for me. It almost lead to an altercation.

This BK has been in a tail spin for some time. Seems to be short on staff and more training for the ones that tough it out. Never had an issue with the employees but you could tell they would rather not be working there. BK and McDonald’s had a double cheeseburger war back in the day and you could definitely go to BK and get the best darn double cheeseburger in the business for around a dollar. What happened to the flame grilling? It’s what made BK the best. Hope they turn it around ok be day because I still enjoy there burgers on occasion.
