I haven’t been to Burger King in ages, but we had some of those mailer coupons and figured it was time to “visit the King.” Well… the fries were solid, but the burger? Not exactly royal. The bun tasted like it had been sitting on the throne a little too long—possibly a week.
For a moment I genuinely wondered if they forgot the meat entirely. I opened the bun and—surprise—there it was, hiding under the pickle and condiments like it was playing peek‑a‑boo. And of course, like every fast‑food place these days, the bun keeps getting bigger while the meat stays the same size or maybe shrinks out of fear.
On the bright side, the staff was friendly and the place was mostly clean. Overall, not a terrible visit… but definitely not the King’s finest hour.

Employees act like we’re a inconvenience, no customers except for us, bathrooms were disgusting, toilet paper on floor in wades. Toilets look like a explosion in one stall 24 hours early. Had to clean other seat before sitting. Trash was flowing over, floors has sticky pop. Tables were all dirty. It’s 3 pm and no customers. There is no reason this restaurant should not be clean. Health hazard if bathrooms are disgusting then so is kitchen. 4 people standing around, no costomers We walked out no food. People don’t waste your money this store it is a health hazard. If you don’t get sick from bathrooms, you will if you eat here.

Don’t expect the cashier to actually speak to you. I ordered on the app. She acted as if it was such an inconvenience that I was there trying to get the food I had already paid for. She huffed ,walked so slowly. Threw my food in a bag then slide it on the counter and walked away. I thanked her and she gave me a nasty look. She used the wrong lid on our frozen drink and didn’t fill it up. The hot food I ordered was cold. Definitely don’t come here to bother the employees they are apparently not getting paid to help or be nice to the customers. She quickly disappeared into the back of the kitchen.

Rated 1 star due to food was horrible it was cold and expensive actually for the quality alone. I won’t go back for that reason alone. staff was nice i went through dice through so the atmosphere was fine as well.

If you want cold fries and burgers this is your spot. Very disappointed in this location, the fries tasted like they’ve been out for hours and the burger too. I went through drive through and received my three meals within less than 5 minutes. I’m just happy I got my money back.

They won’t fill your order and take your money. I’ve been arguing with them over giving me my money over an unfulfilled order. But manager only wants to give me crowns. This is the fourth time they have not made my order. The kids wanted promo deals. I try every time and with this store it goes like this. No phone to call. They are never stocked up on items they need. The worker is usually a girl running everything and a cook in the back for the whole store. This is a sad situation. Sad to see a childhood restaurant go down like this one has. I would go to Denison location. They are more on top of it. Cleaner, stocked, better environment and management. Mind you they took $40 from me. Pay attention!!!!

I’ve come from out of town. I’m at the DPS office and my girl and i decided to walk here to the burger King for breakfast. The sign says dining and drive thru open at 6am. It’s now 6:13am. Doors are locked. There are 2 cars parked out front. I just saw a girl walk by and i knocked. She didn’t even look at me
Update: Around 6:25 she did unlock the door and let us in. So she didn’t completely butcher this visit for me
