Corporations need to stop harming their employees and customers for a couple extra dollars. You force a woman to run both the drive through and inside at the same time but she can’t physically be in 2 places. You understand that right? Generally you solve thst problem by hiring 2 people. If you aren’t paying enough to attract a 2nd person you need to increase your wages.
My experience was terrible. The service is atrocious because the woman is stressed. She is rude and acts like a customer is an inconvenience to her. This is the real experience in this Burger King. I will not return.
But I am not blaming her. She is trying to get through the day, and probably has a lot of inconsiderate and entitled people giving her attitude all day so she gives it right back, even when its undeserved. She is probably nice and friendly outside of slaving for whatever of the 5 corporations that own Burger King. This existence is what we have been working towards as a society. This is what we want. This is an edit here, her name is April. I may have been wrong, she might be more problematic than I thought. Yall have a serious problem at this store.
I am not innocent. I am not self righteous because I am not any better. I have spent 44 years being blind to my actions and behavior but I atleast try now to be aware of it. This is who we are and whst we do, to people, our environment, our relationships, everything. This is what we as humans do inside this system.
Every single one of us chooses this life. We don’t have to choose to keep using each other.
The only people that can actually make a change will never read my words, but even if they did they wouldn’t care.
To top it all off the big board advertising the Rodeo Burger combo shows it as having 2 patties. Once you receive it it only has 1 patty though. Thst is pure deception and there is no other way to see it. This is who YOU are Burger King. And you know it just as well as I do. You tell yourselves things to justify what you do but you know deep down you are part of the problem.

I usually don’t even waste time giving fast food reviews but I’m not sure if it’s the management or owners but this is one of the BEST fast food spots I’ve come to in a while. I’ve come a few times on random days just to see if it was a fluke. Nope each time my food was always fresh, service was good and food was delicious, like they made it like off the commercial. I can’t speak for anyone’s experience but me and my family but I just hope this BK doesn’t close ever, and I don’t even eat a lot of fast food but this is indeed the BEST BK in the US easily! They’ll give some overseas locations a run for the money but in the states they got it on lock easily. Please don’t change or go down hill after this review lol

Cynthia was an AWESOME employee at Burger King! ✨ Every time me and my family got near her, she immediately checked in—“Do you need anything?” “Are you okay?” ️ That level of attentiveness is RARE these days! She made our visit genuinely enjoyable, and it’s employees like her that keep customers coming back!
Customer service today is nearly nonexistent, but Cynthia is a shining example of what it SHOULD be! She went above and beyond, making us feel valued and appreciated. If every Burger King had a Cynthia, the world would be a better place! Someone give her a raise!!

Had to call around to multiple locations. This is one of the only locations that actually answered their phone. The gentleman was super nice and polite. He let me know they were getting a truck to restock stuff for the SpongeBob meal. So I drove there today and while I’m not a huge fan of the food, this was a special thing I was doing for my son. The place was clean and the manager was awesome. African American lady with braids or locs was managing everything. Orders, the staff, helped me with my Apple Pay giftcard, the front line, the drive-thru, and DoorDash type pickups. Clearly stressful and super busy but she managed to stay polite and friendly and got the orders pushed and the line moving. So while the food wasn’t amazing (it’s fast food so my expectations were low) the service and cleanliness were a total win.

First person that took my order didn’t listen and after hearing my first item just told me to pull up which hey stuff happens but then I get to first window and actually place my order. Lady comes over who took the order looking visibly frustrated and storms off as the chill guy at window takes my order. I get to second window and am immediately told to pull up after waiting 10 minutes or so for my order which consisted of 12 piece mozzarella sticks, 2 8 piece cheese tots, large fry, plain value burger, and a dr pepper. I get the food from the frustrated lady from earlier and my partner checks it on our way to work and the cheesy tots were actually just bacon cheesy tots. Not what we ordered and the receipt even says Cheesy Tots. My partner calls them and the frustrated worker from before says that they didn’t have reg cheesy tots (which should have been explained at the window) and that its our problem now. They said we can bring the bacon tots back later for something else but literally all I wanted was my cheesy tots. Never going back to this location. Only reason I went to this one in the first place is because of time constraints and not being able to go to my usual store who always does my food right. Not to mention my food restrictions that could have caused me to throw up my food from eating the wrong thing.

Im trying to be as nice as I can, but it’s difficult when they don’t listen to orders correctly. I’ve been sitting here since 10:13 and it’s currently 10:27am. They messed up the order twice. No egg on one of the biscuits, and then I realized he didn’t hear me ask for cheese on it either. So they’ve brought back the food twice now. And I asked for a water but he didn’t put it on the order after he said “I gotchu” , and then completely forgot it. It’s now 10:32 and still waiting here for her to return a 3rd time.
I tried my biscuit, the bread was pretty hard to eat through and very doughy. But I guess that’s what you get for $3.

from a long 16 hour trip at the Burger King and we just paid over $50 and at the end of the day they didn’t want to give us at least 5 freaking sauces it. The employees was very rude they denied us the number to corporate two of the so-called assistant managers came to the front to play in our face it was very rude disrespectful and I’m really uneasy about the food we’re about to receive today is very unprofessional an uncouth I would never come to this store again and they just lost a very devoted customer.

Place is reopened with nice updates inside. Looks beautiful and clean. Only problem is the wait time and service. Person at the register could not speak English. Hope they will add more English speaking and proper working staff.

I ordered mozzarella sticks because I love the Burger King ones. They were the worst sticks I’ve had in my life. They were spicy for no reason and it seemed like they used the chicken fingers to make those. Very unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend this BK to anyone there’s better food around this area.
