Good smiling service and nice ambiance. The order taking was quick and the food was served well. We wanted to try the fiery mozzarella sticks and then our all time fav chicken fries. One small glitch was the the mozzarella sticks were not fiery , they had served the normal ones , no complaints as it was done right and had a good cheese pull to it . The chicken fries the fiery ones were half the size of the usual size not sure what happened there . A ‘may visit again’ place.

We ordered 2 whopper with cheese meals it was $27 . We get home and there is no cheese. When I noticed no cheese I lifted the bun to see two jr meat Pattie’s you would see on a kids cheeseburger. They ripped one of the tiny Pattie’s in half so they could have meat all the way across the bun but didn’t think we’d notice the paper thin burger apparently. It’s almost $7 for a whopper . I didn’t get a whopper I for a double hamburger – kind of. I tried calling and the phone is off the hook.
I’m not driving back now . Going back tomorrow I want my money back for the bait and switch. unacceptable!

this location has gone downhill. i used to go regularly with my kids in 2023 and haven’t been back since but decided i wanted to try the monster meal. the restraint was filthy, they didn’t give me the special sauce for my nuggets, and the food was disgusting. my kids and i couldnt even eat our meal. it was sloppily made and tasted terrible. also couldnt eat my burger because i opened the wrapper and a FLY flew out of the wrapper. i’m not even kidding. wouldnt have ate it anyway because it looked like slop. and i didnt feel comfortable telling the employees about it because they weren’t helpful or friendly at all even when placing my order. i am very disappointed because like i said i used to frequent this location because the quality was good. not anymore 🙁

This place is so bad. The service, the food, the people. This place used to be good but the staff there just made it so bad. We almost went through drive thru but there was no one answering it. This place is just so bad. I will never eat at this location again. Please avoid this location at all costs. There is a reason the parking lot and drive thru is so empty. It’s the staff and environment. Only four people were working.

About 9 p.m., I drove up to window and ordered Bacon Swiss BURGER combo with Dr Pepper. I received COLD chicken sandwich with American cheese, very little lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. What was the issue??? I was the only customer at the drive-thru or in the dining room. I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and it would not ring through. Was the phone disconnected?? I have pictures of this awful sandwich. I also plan to go back tomorrow and ask for the manager.

No Stars for this location…It is 6:08 am, in the morning, the sign on the front door indicates they open at 6am, but the front door is locked. It 6:12am, I’ve been sitting outside for about 4 minutes waiting for them to come to the door. The woman inside saw me pulling on the door. It is 6:13am, I figured I would go through the drive-thru. At 6:16am, the first thing I hear at the drive-thru is just, “hello ?” after 3 minutes..!!! As if to see if I was there. No I’m sorry for the delay…no Welcome to Burger King…can I take your order!!! They didn’t ask if I wanted eating utensils or any condiments in the bag. They of course did not put anything in the bag other than the grease covered items masquerading as food. The crossiants (bread) was smashed flat and grease oozed through the outer wrapping as shown in the photos. Even the kids refused to eat it!!! I waisted $20 at this restaurant and now I remember why I have never returned here after the last experience. I will make a mental note and written one too. This stuff had to be thrown away in trash. *** Terrible food…really bad service… even the presentation of the stuff was just bad!!! Oh and it’s about 6:35am..I am just leaving the restaurant area.

Horrible experience. The lettuce an tomatoes looked like they grabbed it out of the trash and put it on my burger. Which the burger was drenched in ketchup which made the bread soggy it was disgusting never again.

Ohmygosh! Just ate at this location for the first time, and I will absolutely be back! My food came out quickly, and was hot & fresh and soooo tasty! I highly recommend!
