Nobody to be found for the first 2 minutes I was inside. Food was a 5 at most. No ice in fountain machine. No napkins. All but one table was dirty. Coke zero was flat. Switched to sprite. Tasted like carbonated water. No pressure at cold water in bathroom so left with food covered hands Go somewhere else

They advertise lunch for breakfast, 2nd time I tried to order a whopper for breakfast, they weren’t prepared to serve as advertised. Delores was unapologetic about it. When I got to the window she had a poor attitude telling me to park to receive my breakfast. They weren’t prepared to sell any food.. I could barely understand what Delores was saying. I ask for her name she gave me a fake name,and refused to tell me the store number.She didn’t give me my correct change slammed the window while I was in mid sentence talking to her. I had to come back around for her to correct my change. She was very unprofessional without any remorse, unprepared to make money for their business.

Would’ve given it zero stars if I could. Some guy with an accent took our order and they were out of half the stuff we tried to order. We ordered two kids meals, two adults meals and a couple sides. The guy said “you’re ordering too much” and basically cut us off.

Good evening I visited this facility on 06/26/2025. I was greeted by Zianyia and Elizabeth who were both very nice and friendly as they took my order. The food was prepared by Kevin which was hot and fresh just like I like it. The establishment was clean inside my order was ready in no time. Thank you to this staff for treating me like a King at Burger King. I will be back

Gave my food to the person in front of me. She got out of her vehicle took it back inside and worked brought it right out to me. Food was cold. Burger was not cooked. They also forgot to give me my drink! 20 bucks in the trash!!! I had to get back to work so I couldn’t turn around.

I would leave names but I didn’t even receive a receipt. So I went here today 1/24/2020 at approximately 7:40 AM to the drive-thru. I’m excited it’s Friday. I attempted to order my free crossiant sandwich (bacon and egg only)from the Winterland games (anything won expires on 1/30/2020 per the coupon) in addition to a hash brown. As soon as I attempt to give her the order, she tells me to pull around. I get to the window to show her my phone and she said it’s expired (which it wasn’t and the timer was going). I told her the expiration date and she said something in Spanish to I guess the lady in the back prior to walking away. While I was attempting to look up the menu to see what size hash browns I wanted, she returned and gave me my crossiant without any condiments and walked away. I sat there and she came back to which I said I wanted to order hash browns as well. She told me the total without me saying what size I wanted (which she automatically assumed I wanted the smallest they sold I guess I wouldn’t dare want a bigger size since I’m redeeming something for free smh). I told her no I wanted a medium which she rang up. I specifically asked for TWO strawberry jellies and TWO ketchups. Which the only way I got it because she had an attitude was I parked and went in. I did tell her she does NOT pay for this. I get to my office to find the most pathetically made crossiant and of course no receipt as previously mentioned. No one comes expecting the upmost service at fast food but if I respect you then you need to do the same.

First the drive through speaker was not working. I gave my order at the window. Checked my receipt and they charged me for extra fries. They refunded the order and rang it back up. They gave me my order but with extra fries and no onion rings. I asked for my onion ring and sauce. They then forgot my drinks. And when I got home I had the wrong sandwiches. Now my wife is crying because she didn’t get her sandwich but doesn’t want me to go back up there.
