I came during lunch, which I always expect to get fresh food and do! The only time I can say something negative about this place is at night when they’re slow they tend to give out older fries but the beef burgers are always good and fresh. Thanks Joe for getting me fresh food today! 3/5/26

Well, I came on here because my daughter received HORRIBLE service this morning. I had to calm her down because she was treated horribly by one of your staff and let this rating show that word of mouth is very important. If you have people working for your organization that don’t treat your customers well others will find out.
My daughter is very respectful and kind and she gave the lady several times to be able to redeem herself for the bad service.
If I could put less than one star, I would!

Ordered for 12 pc chicken fries, 8 pc chicken nuggets and soft serve… nuggets and softserve were okay but they gave only 9 pc chicken fries instead of 12… posting the picture as well….

So i ordered off the app for a take out. I go to pick it up and the lobby is not open. But the lobby doesn’t close til 10pm. And it was only 9pm. I had to walk around to the drive through and it smelled like something died over there. Horrible experience.

I ordered a combo item, and it was extremely disappointing. The fries were stale, and the burgers had a bitter taste. After taking just one bite, I couldn’t eat any more. The food quality was very poor, and this was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I always get there at 6:10 or 6:30 and no service the workers (women) there just ignore everyone at the drive thru! Very poor service! They should not be working there! The service is poor and they NEVER open on time and they ignore the customers at the drive thru! You all shud close down! I’m surprised y’all are still in business!

If I could give zero stars I would but it wouldn’t let me. I paid for my meal and the person didn’t give me my card back so I had to cancel my card and order another one but it didn’t stop there. I was on my way to church to take my son to choir practice and when we opened the bag to our food we saw mold on our food and I was just upset after that point. When you’re working in a place where you are handling food this is unacceptable. Imagine it’s your family would you do that to them and serve them moldy food. Come on look at these pictures before you say that I’m the wrong one in this situation. So please this is a public announcement *********DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE.***********

I don’t understand the concept of taking forever to make food and still have everything be cold. I had missing items, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way, my jalapeño poppers were cold and stale and so were the fries, and they forgot my chicken nuggets for the kids meal.

I ordered 2 chicken wrap and it was drive thru order and when I got home and opend the package they used a CHICKEN SANDWITCH PATTY and made it half and put it on my to wraps!!! It was cold and smelled bad. I literally had to throw it out. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE TAKE DOWN BY food safety department. I already filed a complain. AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO BUY POISON OVER HERE!
