We dont have a Burger King near us so we stop when we see one. Expectations aren’t real high when it comes to fast food but we were pleasantly surprised. We was greated when we walked through the door, Jeremy was very friendly. Our food was all hot and made well, wasn’t sloppy or leaning. Service was quick, employees even took time to have some friendly conversation. Definitely was a good experience!

My husband and I stopped in Friday February 6th 2026, in the afternoon around 2:39 for a bite to eat. The location was Not Busy. We were totally ignored by staff and Management. We waited for service we were looked at by the staff, the Manager walked up to the register punched a few buttons then walked away. We waited an additional 5 minutes after being there around 10 to 15 minutes. I told my husband Out Loud this is ridiculous lets go. We were watched by the employees as we Left the building. We wound up going to KFC across street and was greeted with a smile and happily waited on. I am beyond unhappy with this Location… I sincerely hope this place has Cameras and I highly suggest that an immediate investigation and immediate firing of it’s employees and it’s management. This is Not how you treat your Customers.

The food is good, but I have one problem. How can someone run a register accurately but doesn’t know how to do lite ice in a drink. This might be not that big of a deal to most people but when your job is driving all the time and then you see how much they soda costs from Burger King. It’s just wrong.

Stopped in this evening and had one terrible meal, my entire group did . After an exceptionally long wait we received our meals none of which was what we expect from a burger king location. For starters the store wasn’t very clean I immediately regretted letting my kids use the restroom after seeing it myself . The young man in the picture carrying ice was headed to fill the soda fountain he walked by a sanitizer station twice after checking the trash and rolling a large can through the lobby covered in years of filth (from the kitchen to the store dumpster) he rolled it to the kitchen and came back immediately without washing or sanitizing in any way with 3 fresh ice buckets for the fountain which he dumped in one at a time making sure in-between each bucket to stick his entire arm in the top of the machine to check the ice level and leveling it to make room for the next bucket if you made a drink in that fountain tonight I would contact the manager when the store opens I’m certainly going too there’s no excuse for the service quality or cleanliness of this establishment i regret stopping into this location and don’t feel very good about eating or drinking anything from this location

The manager Cassidy B. and her crew performed their incompetence quite well. Rude yelling threatening refusal of service. Completely disrespectful she sets an extremely low bar of customer service experience. She must have felt guilty for handling my order to someone else.

Went threw the drive threw we were the only customers an ordered the 2 for $6 two sausage croissants minus egg on one. Ended up with two bacon croissants nothing like what we ordered an they werent even busy just incapable of doing there jobs.

My chicken sandwich was fresh made but the fries were not fresh. The jalapeño looks so dried. The lady that took my order was very friendly. They were also out of a lot of things.

The burgers are cold. Drive thru service is sooo slow. Shortage me 8.00 sandwich. Every time I go there I have issues. Will not be going back to Burger King again I’m officially boycotting them in this town from now on.

the manager with short hair was yelling at employees and cussing at them when they looked just like teenage kids. also the one with blonde hair got onto an employee for not helping when she was helping.
