Sadly I had an awful experience when I went in. They were not busy. The the person running the fryer cooked my order in three separate portions which took forever and was completely unnecessary as they had all of their fryers available. When the manager told him to drop more he said he can only do one at a time. I ordered for Whopper Jrs originally and it took about 20 minutes to get them. Then I realized I should probably grab two extras as I was coming to see my daughter for the first time in 8 years and wanted to make sure there was enough for her siblings. The two extra Whopper Jrs took an additional 20 minutes as my order was put at the bottom of the line. I was the only person in the restaurant. Three cars in the drive-thru sandwich maker was only capable of putting on one piece of lettuce at a time. Very very slow and very disappointing. I asked the manager if he could please get them in a timely manner. I had to wait for more burgers to be cooked. One sandwich to be made at a time. It was so slow and so disappointing. My daughter is autistic and so are her siblings. They were so stressed out because everything was cold and rubbery. $40 wasted. Seems small but my dad passed same week so I was seeing my daughter for the first time. The managing you is this and instead of trying to help me she made it more stressful. Not only did she not allow my sandwiches to be made in a timely manner as I’d already been waiting for so long but she was also talking badly about me in front of me as if I wasn’t there. It was the most disrespectful Burger King I have ever been to. I wish I could get a refund but sadly those people are so heartless. I don’t think I could bear going in there and dealing with the disappointment as I am also terminally ill and the stress is too much.

Not too busy when we went. This is a very clean location and everyone was wearing masks. Also the tables are marked so that you have to social distance. Plus the bathrooms were clean. And the woman who took our order was really nice about making sure the impossible burger we ordered was cooked in a way that makes it completely vegetarian.

Got a Texas whopper and then I realized that it’s a new restaurant but the same Ole sloppy burger 3x the need mayo . Meat half of the bun just not done with any care or consideration for the person eating it. I feel that it was pre made because the meat was cold and wasn’t very chard like years ago. Manager of this store go to CJ’s and order any burger and you will see ppl who want to serve and care about the customer. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. Don’t be fooled by the new store. Old habits just moved next door.

Came in with my friend to pick up an online. Tammy and the young blonde girl packaging drive through orders/running expo were both completely and utterly rude and disrespectful. They acted very unprofessional and beyond unfriendly, completely unprompted. It took several tries by us to get the food that was already done and waiting, and even more tries to get the drink. When we checked in, Tammy failed to communicate that, she then talked “under her breath” but quite out loud with a lot of attitude. There are more details in my survey. They were unprofessional, inattentive, lacking in any communication, and just plain childish. Knowing they treated us this way without reason shows me that this is how this store generally treats any customer. It was disgusting behavior, to be frank. As an assistant manager elsewhere in town, I can not stand the idea of working a single day with these people, especially if Tammy is the manager.

Extremely rude upon arrival. Yelled in the speaker after I politely asked her to repeat herself because she was mumbling and I could not understand. Will not be back. There is absolutely no reason to talk to someone like that.

Food tasted good however the order came out completely wrong after nearly an hour wait in the drive through. They offered to remake and left a note which we appreciate but then the remake of the order also made it wrong and we had to get it fixed again. Also the person upfront really seemed to not want to remake it. Would probably just go to the other one across town.

My daughters and I went here yesterday around 12:30. The lady that took our order was so incredibly sweet and patient with us. She’s top notch. Burger King take notice please, this type of person are the ones that new hires and even seasoned staff need to watch and learn from. I spent many years in the food industry and it has just gone down hill these past 20 years. But meeting this girl yesterday gave me hope that its turning around. Thank you so much. Also the food was good

I don’t know how many times these guys can get it WRONG, 5 times in a row, I go to the speaker and tell them NO SAUCE on the mushroom melt, what do they do? SAUCE. ALL THE SAUCE. When I called the store this last time about it, all she could do was remake it if I brought it back. I live 20 min’s from town.
She said you should have checked it before you left.
NO. AS A MANAGER MYSELF, THEY SHOULD HAVE QUALITY CHECKED YOUR ORDERS BEFORE HANDING THEM OUT. it’s not MY job to make sure yalls employees get it right.
This place is beyond gross. Nasty un hygienic looking people working in the kitchen… needless to say, this restraunt isn’t getting any of my business. Nor those closest to me. We will drive the extra mile to avoid this place. They don’t listen when u order. They’re unsanitary.
And half the time, the fries are soggy and cold.
Idk what kind of restraunt they think they’re “running” the only thing that’s running is customers. Far far away.
