Today I stopped for breakfast and had the best experience. The service was great from the staff, food was hot and fresh. The manager went over and beyond to get all the customers out. Drive thur was moving expeditiously. Ms.Tasha,Jasmine Hill,Amira,Mr.Maurice,Ms.Margie,Crystal did an amazing job. Thumbs up to the crew.

Had a computer take my order, had to honk after waiting to get someone to show up at the window (not the first time) asked me to pull ahead, when no one was behind me. Last time I did that here I waited 15 minutes for my food. Food was good and hot. People were nice when I got to actually interact with them.

I walked in the door with two other gentlemen behind me. We were not greeted or acknowledged. About five minutes later, the young lady at the front counter said ,”I will be with you all in a minute. Which was another three minutes later. I would normally have left, but I am curious to see how long this process would take. I also wanted to try their breakfast food. After placing my order, there was an additional five more minutes of wait time. However, I did notice that their main focus was on orders that were being picked up by the Door Dashers, Uber Eats, and soʻ on. Going forward, we had to wait for the Bo rounds (hashbrowns). In a nutshell, I could have cooked my own breakfast. I finally received my breakfast food. She gave me the orange juice five minutes before my food was ready, which could have been in the fridge, still getting cold. Second, our food was not in the warmer. It was sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting on the hashbrowns to get done. Thirdly, and I think you know what it is; my sandwich was cold, juice short of being room temperature. I ordered the Steak Biscuit combo. There was no flavor to the steak. It was very bland. Of course, the hasbbrowns were pipping hot. It was the only good experience that I had at Bojangles. There was never a thank you for your patience or a come again. The beauty of it all is that the place wasn’t even that busy.

I ordered online on my lunch break and ordered a chicken sandwich. Not a chicken strip sandwich! I wanted what I ordered and what I paid for! Not to mention that my “Sweet Tea” tasted like pure water. Then I tried calling the store and no one answers. I won’t be back.

Just left this place after going through the drive-thru to place my order. The employee said they couldn’t hear me, so I repeated my order louder twice. She still claimed she couldn’t hear me, then rudely yelled my “order” back to me with an attitude and asked, “Would that be all?” I told her to cancel the order because there’s no reason to speak to me that way. She then said, “Well, I can’t hear you—it’s windy.” If that was the issue, she should have explained that from the start and asked me to pull around to place the order. Very poor customer service and the way she yelled I’m pretty sure that others inside could hear.

I went inside to order. There wasn’t anyone at the counter taking orders. So I’m saying excuse me, I would like to order and the manager says, “we have to get the drive thru line down first”. That’s a first for me. I’ve never known a restaurant toto not service the person standing at front the counter. I left. I’ve never had an issue at this location going through the drive thru and I guess I know why. The customer service is poor at this location usually but this was an all time low.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken looked like it was a week old. Hard as a brick the skin of the chicken just crumbled when I touch it. I emailed the company haven’t gotten a response back. Didn’t eat it the sandwich and will never eat at bojangles again. I don’t want it if it’s free. The last 3 times I’ll be there my food has been trash but I couldn’t let it pass this time.

Worst customer service i’ve ever received. Workers had a nasty attitude. I come from more than an hour away and always loved going to the Bojangles franchise and was absolutely disappointed. Everyone else was greeted but me when i came in ,they took the people order in front of me but then walked off when i came to the register. Completely ignoring me until finally after like 5 minutes some other girl took my order and then they all proceeded to give me nasty stares and pretended to act like i wasn’t waiting for my food. Waited 20+ minutes for only one combo of 3 piece chicken strips. They gave other people their orders but mine and there was no one in the drive thru or in the lobby and when other people came in they got straight into their orders. Sweet Tea tasted like it was left out for days. Ended up walking out. Very disappointed and will not return.

Came in with a huge group (birthday lunch) and it was handled well from start to finish. Food was fresh, orders were right, and workers came to check on everything since there was so much that could have been wrong. Jasmine H killed taking the orders, and everyone else in FOH/BOH was diligent on the execution.
