I’ve never been a big Burger King fan. But recently I’ve started going again with some of their new Whoppers and whatnot. And I’ve got to say, the food has been great, the service has been super welcoming and attentive, and I’m not sorry I’ve spent money there. I’ve been really pleasantly surprised with the food and friendliness of this location.

Went for the fist time in years because of the krabby patty meal. They didn’t have the special side so I ask for fries instead as long as I still got the special pineapple box. They didn’t give me the special pineapple box unless I also order a kids meal. Still charged me the same price. They also gave me a coke icee instead of the pineapple icee.
I would forgiven all of that is they weren’t so hateful and rude about it. I have no reason to return and they definitely didn’t give me a receipt or option for a review.

Sat for ten minutes being ignored at the drive thru menu. Then got parked for 15 minutes for cold soggy food. There’s plenty of other options next door, across the road and down the street. AVOID Burger King where it’s never your way or right. Oh, this was also a replacement order from last week for giving me the wrong order that was also cold. By the way- since when is this a four piece of chicken fingers? Giving two and breaking one in half makes three ♀️ . Might want to fix your issues- without customers you won’t have a job… just saying.

The manager Jessica would not see the gift card had been activated and the day of use it had a system 2420 error she refused to fix the gift card and was very rude and gave nasty looks at me and my wife the whole time we were there and i had live proof of this and she did not even do her store manager duty with this problem this store manager got away with fraudulent activity to a brand new card malfunction in there system i looked this up so she needs to be talked to about this because its not at all good customer service this is bk and i fidnt even have it my way

I’m really happy the tacos are back! The guy that prepared our burgers did an amazing job. I wish I got his name. He made them picture perfect and they were the best tasting burgers I’ve had in a long time at this location. The rest of the staff was like any other night crew. The tacos are what brought me in tonight. And they are really good but not quite as good as Jack In The Box. And even pricier as they are 1 for $1 and at JITB they are 2 for $1.20. They also use sprinkle cheese and in the past they used a slice of cheese. I prefer the slice cheese oppose to the sprinkle. Still a decent taco and will work for when the craving kicks up.

Very nasty place. They use the same disenficent for their floor to wash off the grill. There workers are not clean at all and need to get a hygiene check. And the manager, Jessica do not care about their employees and don. They are the worst managers ever and I will not be coming here again. Plus they have one worker that comes to work super dirty. They walk in covered in dirt and come and make your food and don’t even wear gloves and hair nets. Would you want them to come and serve your food? I don’t think so. Please don’t come here if you want to stay clean and healthy and don’t want to be sick.

Sat in the drive through line with two cars in front of me (no issue with that). They had theirs orders taken pulled around and when I reached the intercom to order was told to wait to order. Sat there for over 5 mins wait for my order to be taken. When I wasn’t helped I pulled around to see the other cars had already gotten their food and left the drive through line. Drive through window was open and I was not acknowledged when I pulled up. When I finally was asked “ what was your order?” I I replied with “I haven’t I was stuck waiting at the box to order “ I was told yeah I know we had a large order we were trying to fill so what do you want. I told her nothing now get better customer service. There was only 3 cars in the parking lot……..

By far the worst “fast” food restaurant in Fayetteville. I spent 10+ minutes in the drive thru line, and the parking lot had a handful of cars, so its not like they were overly busy. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had to sit in their drive thru for 10+ minutes with minimal traffic
