The manager was super nice. The crew member(Jasmine) according to her name tag. Very Rude. Was told she didn’t have time to refill the ketchup, and handed a handful of packets. When the same crew member brought our food. There were two orders on one tray and didn’t say anything until she started back to the counter anti said the order number on the tickets. Look.

Waited 20 minutes for our food, no big deal IF they would have gotten the order right. Gave us a completely different type of chicken sandwich with just bread. The other chicken sandwich had none of the ingredients advertised on it and looked disgusting. The onion rings were rubber and absolutely horrible. I really used to like this location but it has become one of the worse fast food restaurants in this area. Leaving a picture of what it should have been and what we got.

Consistently poor service. 90% of the time my order is wrong. This was their excuse of a large fry I received today. O who ate the other half? It wasnt me. It’s not even half full! Waste of my time and money. It’s not that hard to fill it up or follow directions. 8 out of 10 times when ordering a double they give you a single patty.

I’ve got to write a review about this BK. Unfortunately I see a lot of reviews that aren’t that great but my experiences in the past year have been nothing but wonderful. I stopped by today and went through the drive through. A young man named Jacob took my order, was very pleasant and humorous. Immediately I was at the other window, the sweetest young lady gave me my order and wished me a great day. Do you folks not understand what it is like to go to a Burger King in Little Rock ? First off the parking lot smells like skunks ( cheap marijuana ). Your order is half ass taken, it’s hit or miss if it’s correct and it usually is covered in mayo and smashed. The people at the drive thru windows or counters look at you like they would rather drive over you than get an extra ketchup packet. I don’t eat at Burger King in the metro…it’s an awful experience as are most fast food places here. The service, food and experience in Pocahontas is GREAT, kudo’s to the staff and management. BK should do a commercial there because the food honestly looks like the pictures.

Went there today no other persons was there , placed an order to go and had to wait about 30 minutes before getting the order , after finally getting the order the food was cold and found a strand of hair in one of the burgers and cheese sticks ended up trashing it all..

After I waited 20 minutes for my food I finally went and asked about my food and it was sitting on the counter. My food was cold so I took it back to get my money back. The woman manager, who wasn’t wearing a name tag, was so rude. It was the worst service I have ever experienced!!! It’s sad when they were in the wrong and i was treated like it was my fault. Burger King, Pocahontas, AR do better!!!
