Consistently poor service. 90% of the time my order is wrong. This was their excuse of a large fry I received today. O who ate the other half? It wasnt me. It’s not even half full! Waste of my time and money. It’s not that hard to fill it up or follow directions. 8 out of 10 times when ordering a double they give you a single patty.

I have always liked Burger King. Most times, the food is good and the service is adequate. There have been a couple of times I’ve been there where the bun is bigger than the burger and that is a turn off. All in all, Burger King gets my rating because they usually have good food.

We stopped at this burger king in pocahontas on our road trip from houston to chicago. From the greetings to the service everything was perfect!! Unfortunately we had reached the drive thru after closing hours but GAVIN was super nice enough to offer us a drink for the inconvenience! This review is for the hospitality we received rather than the food which im sure is also great judging by cleanliness and amazing service!!

Worst meal I’ve ever had from a Burger King! One thing I hate the most from fast food is cold soggy fries, and that’s exactly what I got. I also ordered 2 vanilla shakes and they handed me what looked like 2 cups of milk, but they did fix that before I left.
