This is hands down one of the worst fast-food locations I’ve ever dealt with. They cannot get an order right — not once, not twice, but every single time. It’s like no one reads the order at all.
To make it worse, you can’t even call the restaurant to fix it. You’re forced to deal with someone from the franchise, and they’re absolutely useless. No help, no solution, just excuses and “not our problem.”
Zero accountability, zero customer service. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays open when they can’t read orders or take responsibility for their mistakes. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went thru the drive thru. Asked if I wanted medium or large. I assumed those were the only two choices. When I questioned why I was charged more than the menu price the said that was for the small size meal. They said corporate told them to offer only medium and large and the customer would have to ask for small. The biscuit was so greasy it came through the wrapper as well as the bag it was in. The tater tots weren’t hot. Besides that, everything was just great!

Placed an order on the app that required an update. It reset my scheduled time, and when I arrived, they had given my order to someone else. Two workers, one of whom was a shift supervisor, were both unfriendly about the situation. Do not use the BK app. It is pure garbage.

Most tables in the restaurant were very dirty. Very unsanitary. The food we ordered was greasy and not as good as the food we had at other stores.

Very quick service even though they were short handed. My order was correct, hot and fresh.
Clean bathroom and store.
Typically priced for a Burger King.
Lobby closes by 7pm but drive thru is open later.

On the other hand, they open whenever they feel like it. See photo. It was taken at 7:40 a.m.
The doors were locked.
Wonder how they make money with locked door’s?

With so many great restaurants in the area offering above-average service, this Burger King location is usually my last resort. However, due to a series of unfortunate events, I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as I approached the call box, I was greeted with a strong smell of weed. I ordered a large Bacon King meal, which cost $16—quite expensive for a fast food meal—and expected it to be worth the price. I was asked to pull around to the first window. The transaction at the window was smooth, but after waiting for the car ahead to pull away, I approached the second window.

The attendant handed me my drink without a word and walked away. When she returned, she told me to pull around to the front door. I was a bit confused, especially since there was no one behind me in line, but I complied. A few minutes later, my food was delivered to my car.

While the food itself was great, the unusual circumstances and the high price made for a less-than-ideal experience.

Ordered food from here tonight through the app not only did the app still over $2 more from me than what the items cost the manager on staff was extremely rude did not want to help at all when I confronted them about this issue and my food is cold the meat ain’t even lukewarm would not recommend anybody to eat at this place at all

Horror service but nice service. They just walk around with warm food on tray for 5 min.. yes it 5 min.. i did wait for get to order and pick up around 15 min.. also is not very busy drive thru or pick up order. My sons was grumpy and hungry.. my girlfriend felt helpless but people look at us. Embarrass!

Extra star for customer being nice and say sorry to us.

This location needs more dependable workers. The manger on shift was running around like a chicken with no head. Waited almost 20 minutes for an 8pc Mozz Fry and a Hershey pie. I didn’t get my Marinara sauce and only received 7 of the 8pc I ordered. No spoon to eat my pie with.. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. It shouldn’t all be left on one individual. He made everything right in the end, but if he had the help he needed then it’d different outcome. Can’t corporate send people to help short staffed stores? This man up here stressed and work shouldn’t be a stressful environment.
