They do a really good job making their fries and sandwiches taste good. The only thing I don’t like is how easily they forget to put cheese on a sandwich that people have paid for Its clearly a bring your own cheese kind of fast food joint because they will make any excuse possible bot to put cheese on your sandwich and I think that should be changed

Drive thru experience:
I don’t expect a lot when I go to any fast food restaurant, but one thing I do expect is my food to be cooked. The meat was hot, but that’s about it. The bacon was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on this burger.

I’ve gone to this Burger King 4 times in the past month and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. They either forget something or give me something I didnt order. I know it’s fast food and I should check my order before hand but it should not be this hard to read a ticket. I’m sick of not getting what I ordered and I will not be back.

What was advertised and what I received for 2.49. Asked how much it would be to upgrade to larger size and was told to keep the cup that would have came with the meal regardless. I was told to “Take that up with Burger King, they do the advertising.” Have the workers here forgot that they work in the service industry? I would have paid MORE for a larger size. Black woman working at 1:45 on 21AUG24 needs to have a superior guide her on customer service. Whether it’s the owner, or a district manager. Completely unacceptable. If you don’t have social skills to communicate with customers professionally, properly, and appropriately then you absolutely have no business being behind the counter where you HAVE to interact with customers. I won’t even dive into the dining in experience. Go inside and enjoy a meal. Finding a clean table was way more difficult than it needed to be.

I ordered drive thru at this location. I’ve learned to always check my order since they get it wrong everytime. I noticed one of my burgers didn’t have bacon on it so I went back through to let them know. They accused me of lying and didn’t want to fix it until I showed them the receipt and the burger. I get it you need proof but accusing someone of lying is not the way to go.

Went through the drive thru this morning and whoever the short brown hair girl is, is so disrespectful. From the attitude on the intercom to dropping our food on the ground when we got to the window. She proceeded to laugh like it was funny like it wasn’t her fault she hung the bag out the window not even looking in our direction and I guess she thought I had a hold of the bag and she just let it go. Personally as someone who’s worked in management someone like her should be placed in the back where no one has to put up with that kind of customer service. There was a manager also walking around on his phone right behind her when all this happened.

Very friendly service. Had a great experience with our customers. I currently work at burger king. We LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS. And we had some elders come visit us. Whom wanted a picture with us. The staff was friendly and took care of us as expected. The food was good but be warned (as you already know)… nothing you order will look anything like what you see on the menu). Order the BBQ brisket burger of you want a great example. Menu shows a beautiful looking burger with lots of BBQ brisket. What you get, you will be hard pressed to find 10 to 15% of the amount of brisket that the menu shows. It was good! Just wish there was more brisket.

It was very clean and the workers tonight were all nice, fast, and polite. It looked like an excellent crew. The food order was correct and everything tasted good. As good as Burger King gets, this crew hit the mark. The company has also taken measures to ensure the safety and health of customers and the workers.
