The burger was slopped together with all ingredients on one soggy side. They weren’t even busy so I can only imagine how unclean they are since they threw it together with no pride in their work. I would never serve such a slapped together item for human consumption and again I won’t eat that slop because no telling if they even wash their hands

We went Thur the drive thur and ordered a #1, #4 and a double cheeseburger meat & cheese only. When to window #1 pay, then to window #2 to pick up order. Clerk read off the #1 & #4 but no double. We said that we ordered one so she went a got one with fries. Got home, the double had everything on it. The only thing good about the this situation is that we were not charged for the double cheeseburger & fries.

It was very clean and the workers tonight were all nice, fast, and polite. It looked like an excellent crew. The food order was correct and everything tasted good. As good as Burger King gets, this crew hit the mark. The company has also taken measures to ensure the safety and health of customers and the workers.

After spending all day in the car driving from Houston with 2 small children I was super excited to grab some jalapeño cheddar bites. My husband walked inside at 7:15 and was greeted by a super nice girl with pink and yellow hair, who was awesome. He was cut off by the manager saying they couldn’t take orders in the lobby after 7 even though the door was unlocked. We proceeded to go through the drive through and received the oldest, driest food I’ve ever seen. It was so dry that there was no cheddar left in the poppers, only pieces of jalapeño in empty breading. It was disgusting at best. Never going there again.

Every single time I order a burger with no onions and no mayo I get mayo for sure and most of the time onions as well. I am mildly allergic to onion so I can’t eat those burgers at all, and they slather so much mayo on their burgers I normally have to eat just the patty. Reading is not hard guys.

Decided to order inside instead of using drive thru. They take care of drive thru first which I understand. Could use some additional help but what’s new in all fast food places. Only issue was bun in one of the Whoppers was hard and stale.
