This location in Many La does not care about quality or service-at least on the night shift. Multiple times orders were wrong as if they didn’t even pay attention to the order request. Also the toppings are so sloppily thrown on the burger like they’re angry or too lazy to make it correctly. Final straw for me was getting a half burnt-charcoal burger. Common, is this the best y’all can do? Oh and their attitudes make it apparent that you’re bothering them.

Slow.. The drive thru always asking custmers to pull foward, so they can stop the time clock and take their time bringing your food out. You could be the only one in line, and they still ask you to pull foward, so they can take their time.

The service was good, but our burgers were the driest I’ve ever had from any Burger King or any restaurant even. There were plenty of pickles all in a bunch, but the condiments were barely visible. The restroom was clean.

We drove to many location 2:00 pm on July 2nd … Horrible service. The girl taking our order and handing our food to us is rude!! She needs to find another job! If she can’t be nicer at fast food place! Also the food was nasty the bread tasted like it was old it was also hard! We at our camp in Toledo bend . I said no ketchup a little late, for the second time. I heard the girl say that I should have said when I ordered, that it was too late. So I had a burger with some ketchup on it. I ordered an impossible burger and a regular burger. They weren’t marked. I had ordered the impossible burger and chicken sandwich to go. The chicken sandwich had a dab of sauce on it and I couldn’t taste it at all.

We eat here a few times a week because my child likes their burgers. If it wouldn’t be for him then we wouldn’t be eating here that often. We all get the same thing every time when we do choose this BK. Whether or not we get the correct order is a whole other story. The lobby is usually clean as well as the bathrooms. Drive through gets backed up easily and they often pull multiple cars around to the front. That said, for this area, it is the normal.
