Came here to get lunch. Walked in cashier very rude told me CASH ONLY!! No signs, nothing letting you know this. I hate for people to drive here wanting something from here no cash then get told they’re only taking cash. This is 2023 and we are having these problems still? Terrible management, more than likely a terrible owner. F this place and the people working in here. Get some people skills.

Easily the worst fountain drinks in America. Paid $42 to feed my kids and myself and burgers were soaked and sloppy, poorly made and I’m pretty sure someone sucked on my tomatoes before putting them on the burger. Fries were cold and soggy. Fast food is supposed to be fast but EVERY time I’ve been to the cities service location I’m asked to pull around and wait for 20 minutes while they suck the good parts out of my tomatoes inside I guess. Guess the dogs will eat good tonight.

I only ever use the drive thru, I’ve never have a bad experience here. My only complaint is every time I go to order a shake their either out of whipped cream or the ice cream all together. I had this problem at another location as well. Also, idk what burger King did to their patty, but recently the patties seem dry and over saturated in salt for some reason.

I’ve never had a burger taste that old and nasty. It was worse than the fries and they were really bad compared to regular old fries. I had to wait for the chicken sandwich to be cooked, yet inside and out it was cold. Instead of mayo it had a sweet substitute that tasted like miracle whip. This is by far the worst food I have ever had at any place.

Went through drive thru because that’s my kids favorite place. They were hungry after being in the doctor’s office for a couple of hours. Only orderd 2 burgers, 2 eight piece chicken nuggets and fries. Paid for it and got instantly pulled around to the front. I saw an employee outside before I reached parking lot but all of the parking spots by the door were full except for the handicap parking so I parked across from those. I waited while my kids cried that they were hungry. A spot by the door became available so I moved to that spot. A car next to me had been parked there, got out ordered, received their food and was leaving and I still didn’t get my food yet. So the employee comes back out and asked if I was waiting for something and I said yes. He caught an attitude and said I wasn’t there when he came out…yes I know I was driving out of drive thru and hadn’t had a chance to park yet. The employees I was dealing with weren’t new and has been there long enough that they should have done better that that. The man I was dealing with rude and said I should have parked in the handicap parking which wouldn’t have helped him anyway since I wasn’t parked before he walked back in with my food. The lady working drive thru said my money went back on my card but I haven’t seen it yet. Just very disappointing. My son is autistic and he only likes to eat at Buger King so we’ve been going there for years.

The people do not care. I have a food allergy and ask very nicely to leave off the ingredient that I cannot have! You guessed it they didn’t do it. Close the doors. They don’t care if they poison us.
