Ordered they didn’t have what I wanted after I paid. Asked for a return. After they had given me the large cup I said to refund it and I put the cut I had already handled. Carried with me to the soda machine and was about to fill on the counter. The woman behind the counter grabbed the cup and placed it back to be used again. I had to tell them that it was a used cup and that was disgusting. Only then did they remove the cup from the stack to be used. I could not imagine if I hadn’t said something. That would be a serious health a safety violation.

They need to hire new people or bring the old one’s back. They got my order wrong 3 times! Egg and cheese biscuit isn’t a hard order but they kept putting ham on it! And claimed they had no biscuits 3 times! And this time they gave me a hard biscuit that was cold! How can a biscuit you just made be ice cold and hard as a rock!

Customer service was horrible in the drive-through, didn’t even order my food and went right across the street to McDonald’s. This is why Burger King has zero customers in the drive-through and McDonald’s is always packed. Thing is I really like their burgers what if your customer service sucks I will take my business elsewhere.

Food was hot. Fries weren’t crispy. Looks as if they didn’t have enough help at noon? Employees that were there were friendly and industrious. Someone, manager on duty?, starting yelling out instructions and corrections on a messed up order. No soap dispenser in men’s bathroom. Our food was good though, just a few extraneous issues.

Sometimey ,meaning, sometime they get your order right, sometime they don’t. Sometimes they have food, sometimes they don’t .Sometimes they have good attitudes sometimes they don’t. Even even if you use the app to make an order somehow they get your order incorrect. The positive side is that it’s pretty good price. So if you want to feed a thousand people for $10 BK is the way.
