The food is consistent. This review is for the service. I don’t know the lady’s name. She was blonde and slim. Her customer service was exceptional and deserves to be recognized. She greeted with a smile, took our order, and said thank you and have a blessed day. When she wasn’t behind the counter, she kept the dining area spotless! As soon as another customer showed up, she was prompt in taking their order. Great job!

9:35 in the morning garbage by drinks was full and trash coming out. Employees gossiping in the back so loud. The person taking my order not very friendly. The Food was horrible. The place was empty that should have been a warning. I have attached a photo of my sandwich. Looks like they pieced my biscuit together. It was horrible tasted nasty. I did NOT eat it. Don’t waste your money or time !!

Came and order food at drive thru last night..I had wanted 2 orders of the 8 piece cheddar bites i was told they didnt have any,so I got 2 large french fries instead,get here next morning and its a whole case of cheddar bites smh yall have to do better

This restaurant has great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh as well as delicious!! They have never gotten my order wrong when I’ve used the drive through feature or the inside dining which is very rare these days. They pay attention to detail and have a very clean establishment! The drive through is open 24 hours a day so you can get food no matter what time it happens to be!

Had to wait about 5 minutes to order with one person in front of us but they did say they would be with us in a few. Service was friendly, order was made correctly and tasted good. Only waited about 5 minutes for our food. The only negative is one of the employees was upset and complaining very loudly about another coworker who apparently left without doing the dishes and stuff. The handful of customers in the dining area, myself included, just kind of laughed about it and made jokes about her fussing.

This is not a negative review for the food or the employees. This is for management. We spent 25 minutes in line waiting to order, with no other person waiting to order in front of us, we were the only ones waiting. But there were many other people who HAD ordered, waiting for their food. The problem lies in the fact that there were only 3 employees working the entire restaurant. One at the window, one prepping the bags and manning the register, and one cook. They were rushing, frustrated, and overwhelmed with their work- understandably. Despite these unacceptable conditions for them, they were polite, apologetic, and we know they were doing their absolute best. Unfortunately, We had to walk out and leave, as did many many people who came after us while we waited because the wait time was just truly too long. Which was no fault of theirs. I feel so bad for these employees. Management needs to do better. And whatever they’re getting paid, it’s definitely not enough.

Incredibly poor service. Unsafe and unhealthy food preparation. Cashier took a customers money and then put her fingers in my fries. Asked politely for her to wash her hands and she disappeared for 5min making me wait while my food sat getting cold. She wasn’t wearing her mask and fussed at a customer saying they had to have masks. This place is a disaster.

Took minutes for the food to be done when we ordered it on the app. No wonder they are the 3rd fast food restaurant. People just go somewhere else, please. They are better places than BK they should be the 10th fast food app instead of 3rd place. After all this, I don’t think no one should go to BK
